I highly recommend Red Lobster

I highly recommend Red Lobster, Breckenridge Ln, Louisville Kentucky. I usually go there two to three times a month. I was there on March 13, 2025, and as usual, the service was great from the greeter at the door to Terra, the server. She was very knowledgeable and provided excellent service. Within minutes of being seated, she approached my table and took the order. The food was warm and tasted great. I will definitely be returning to this Red Lobster.

On march 9 visit red lobster in…

On march 9 visit red lobster in fairview heights ill the wait time was 45 min then once inside the biscuits and drinks was fine place an order took almost an hour the crab legs was terrible soft and rubbery very little meat inside jumbo shrimp was not jumbo small in size maybe 6 on a plate terrible experience never return

Went to Red Lobster this past week

Went to Red Lobster this past week, for dinner with my cousins. The wait was reasonable, and the food was very good! Only complaint is the price! Had to end up asking an Aunt for money, which was an embarrassing situation...

IRed Lobster in Montgomery…

I would at Red Lobster in Montgomery Ohio and the food went awful the grill was broken we couldn't get any steak that was for Christmas dinner and the services was Bad. The host was nasty I'll never go back to Red Lobster again was very awful the the hosting was very nasty

Ate at the Red Lobster in Ames

Ate at the Red Lobster in Ames, Iowa this past Tuesday. Food was wonderful! Could not have been any better! Also had fantastic service, very attentive and helpful waiter. So pleased, we will be back soon!!

WORST I HAVE EVER EATEN ANYWHERE

OMG, THE FISH SANDWICH TASTED LIKE IT WAS SPOILED, THE FRIES WERE STALE AND SOGGY AT THE SAME TIME, THE SALAD I ORDER WAS BROWN LETTUCE, WITH STALE AS HECK CROUTONS, AND THE BUISCUITS TASTED LIKE STALE OLD BREAD NOTHING LIKE THE RED LOBSTER I REMEMBER, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE FOOD.

I ordered takeout from Red Lobster…

I ordered takeout from Red Lobster Barrie and was disappointed that the drinks order was incomplete. (The Uber delivery dude went back to collect the missing drink!)
The escargots are actually mushrooms which apparently contain snails. I couldn't find them or taste them. The Shrimp linguine was passable—I can make it better. It was expensive–not worth the price.

Five Gold Stars - Uriah W and Staff

We had no reservation for party of 15 at Red Lobster, 8012 Concord Mills Blvd Concord NC restaurant. We were travelling from PA. Greeted politely, Seated promptly. Our server, Uriah W was EXCELLENT. Food served Hot together as a family and Delicious. Uriah handled all our side request with accuracy and a smile. B Daniels, Mgr., It was our pleasure meeting you and your staff. The food was awful

The food was awful, the shrimp was not good and the steak was so small and tough, it was beyond belief that this company could do this to customers. The prices do not reflect the mediocre food and over pricing does nothing to make the experience better. I suggest that you not enter this restaurant, you will be greatly disappointed.

Poor Service

Poor Service, Food sold was not the True Fish that i ordered, Plano business should be closed down now. Spent $80.00 and advised management of food and service and still no adjustment was given or apology was given.

Red Lobster huge disappointment

Red Lobster has been my favorite restaurant for as long as I can remember, UNTIL NOW! What are you doing? Changing everything, in a bad way! 2 of my favorites are now gone - the Lobster Bisque and the Walt's Fried Shrimp!!!!! They have replaced the delicious Walt's Fried Shrimp with much smaller, tougher, awful shrimp. And the menu is now a complicated mess! Just ate there on July 3rd. I am so, so disappointed, I don't even want to go back. Again, what are you doing to Red Lobster!?!?

Red Lobster's a shame

Red Lobster? A joke! It is for years now they keep bombarding me with their ads to a different addressee in the USA. I told them countless times I'm in the UK, and asked them to stop! The "Unsubscribe" button in their emails are an other joke, as it just brings up a window saying:
"Unauthorized Activity Detected
You are seeing this page because we have detected unauthorized activity.
If you believe that there has been some mistake,
Click here to e-mail our website-security team and describe your case.
Case Number: a750e35c6ae27347764d15920a3199d2a6ac298836d38754f6508e12752d1232" I clicked/wrote them, no result.
I contacted them via instagram, this is what they wrote me on 25th of May:
"Hi, Michael. So sorry to hear this. We will make sure to remove your email address. Please allow 7 to 10 business day. If you're ever in the US or Canada area, we do hope you pay us a visit! 🦞"
Today is 26th of June and they still sending me their harrassing ads.
Shame on them...

Great birthday lunch experience! (Paramus, NJ)

Came here for a birthday lunch today and everything was great! My server was top notch! So nice quick and helpful, even had a complimentary dessert! My food was EXCELLENT❤️. I forgot how much I enjoyed Red Lobster, hope this location sticks around for a long time. Great choice for my birthday.

The Red Lobster in Fredericksburg was Terrible!!

The Red Lobster in Fredericksburg, VA., was terrible!
I'm sorry that I can't rate it less than one star.
When we ordered our meal, we asked if we could have extra butter, with our biscuits. We didn't receive the extra butter until we finished the biscuits, which we no longer needed. It seemed as though, we were on their time. "Kay" was our server. I don't think she has been waiting on tables very long. She was unorganized and didn't seem to care very much. She only stopped by our table when it was covenant for her to do so. A big problem that they have is that they DON'T HAVE THE RIGHT TOOLS TO CRACK CRAB LEGS (crackers and prodding tools), which Kay did not mention when we ordered. So we had to send them back because we couldn't get them opened with our bare hands. Then we had to wait an additional 20 mins. to get something else.
I would never go back here again!! It's no wonder Red Lobster is going out of business.
