Although I’m an Island resident and should know better (!) I made a silly error when booking on line which I realised only when attempting to board in East Cowes. My Southampton destination was a cruise ship. Your colleagues sorted this all out for me, even though this meant “opening” a seemingly closed time slot. Timely arrival to ship achieved! Thank you.

On time for the last 15 visits or so,and very comfortable ferry over to i.o.w.Like this destination it goes to and its departure.
Also food and drink aboard are very nice to.

boarding and on time service very good, however food offering is rather bland and boring with no real change in the 3 years i,ve sailed with the service.
4 seasons in one year it would be nice to see some seasonal offerings on the menu?

For various reasons we needed a crossing where we could remain in our vehicle. The customer service team were very helpful and were able to accommodate this request.
Booking was easy, deck staff very friendly and both crossings on time without issue.

Lovely Experience
We travelled by car with our little cockapoo to Isle of Wight and was very impressed how quick, easy and efficient the service was. Our little cockapoo loved the treats given to her by the kind lady in the pet lounge. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The only thing I would mention is that there was a repeated announcement about no dogs on the furniture in the pet lounge whilst people were sitting in the pet lounge with their feet on the furniture. Otherwise all lovely. Thank you and will recommend and use again.
