I recently sold and purchased a property using Redferns Solicitors for my conveyancing needs. Kiran Hirani and her team were thoroughly professional throughout the entire process and made this period as stress free as possible. I would have no hesitation in recommending Redferns and would certainly use them again if the need arises.
I had 2 residential leases to renew. Having contacted Redferns in January 2023. I was provided with a quote for the work to be done, and confirmation it would not exceed £4200. Having been quoted twice this amount by other 'specialist solicitors', this seemed a more reasonable cost.
Redferns are local, so I could easily go to meetings. I discovered that I had a complication, as I was also the Freeholder. Kajal, explained & confirmed in writing what I would have to do to deal with this matter. She answered every question in a way I could understand. The entire process was dealt with professionally and I was kept informed throughout, which is so important (there were periods of waiting on other organisations to respond), which is why the process took so long.
All of the work completed within the original quote I was given. I would highly recommend the competent services of Redferns.
