This was my first purchase from a pre-owned luxury website. I have to say every step of the way was easy and pleasant. Emails were quick and helpful. Georgia is so sweet and even texted me more videos and pictures at my request. I do love how she has video unboxings for her bags. It makes it so much easier to see what you’re getting. She answered all my questions and made me feel confident and comfortable with the process.
It was a treat to have free 2 day express shipping. After my purchase, we received a friendly call to make sure we actually purchased the bag and verified our identity and address. The email tracking updates were fast. The bag was packaged with care. The bag arrived in pristine condition as described. It is even more beautiful in person. My birkin 25 is exactly what I wanted: Color, hardware, the leather, and the like new condition in its box and dust bag …my dream bag is a reality. They have amazing options for your luxury taste in fantastic condition. Let’s not forget their lifetime guarantee of authenticity. That’s a win for us. I honestly am thrilled with my experience with Redeluxe. A true luxury experience with one on one customer service. You can tell Georgia and her team really care about their customer’s happiness. Just received my first bag
Just received my first bag from Redeluxe. Their customer service is really good! When I bought my bag they were short staffed, and it took a while for me to get shipping updates. They gave me a refund to apologize for the delay in their response, which was not necessary - But very nice nevertheless! And for other Europeans who consider buying from Redeluxe, but worries about taxes etc: I am located in Norway which has some really strict rules regarding customs/taxes etc for products imported from other countries. I have not been charged anything. Redeluxe covers it all. I see no reason to buy bags from anyone else.

Wonderful Experience!
I had a wonderful first-time purchasing experience (I bought a beautiful vintage Chanel bag) and first-time selling experience. Both transactions went smoothly and without any hiccups. The bag shipped quickly and I received payment confirmation for the bag I sold the same day they received it! They also gave me one of the best buyout offers I'd been given.
