We have only had our 300w Targeted Red Light Therapy Device for 2 days and have already seen an improvement in my partner's skin irritation and after only 1 go ie 20 mins my back after doing a load of heavy lifting felt a lot better, this bodes very well for daily use from here on in!!

Looking forward to seeing if I can do a 3 month's later update

Great customer service. My address details were entered incorrectly from my side, so I emailed them and their response was quick and had the problem resolved. Fast delivery. Product and packaging in perfect condition.

Ordering was easy, delivery was prompt with no issues. The instructions could be improved - I was a bit unsure of how to attach the hanging string but I worked it out.

I am using this to try and help my ME/CFS and I am feeling benefits already. One slight downside is it makes a slight smell when switched on, which could be an issue for chemically sensitive people and might have been an issue for me when my condition was worse. Overall though I am very pleased with it and am surprised to be seeing benefits so quickly. Very happy to be able to access this therapy at a lower price than most red light retailers, but still seems good quality (admittedly I have not used any others).

I bought my second panel from RLT after an extensive research on red light devices available in the UK, based first on price then on performance.
I have also now, purchased a stand so that I can wheel my device easily into position.

This company is a scam, do not order from them! They quote ‘back order’ on their site and the item never arrives, 2 months later.. still waiting and no communication whatsoever. They then continue to lie and say the item will be arriving soon and will be dispatched, still doesn’t arrive!!! This is definitely a scam, they take your money and pretend items will be back in stock.

DO NOT ORDER from this company it is a scam I waited months for an order that never arrived. I followed up every week to hear nothing back then they promised to send my order out for weeks but nothing my order never arrived and they took my money. Do not trust this company they have continued to lie and claims I have been abusive which is the furthest from the truth. They can’t understand a frustrated customer spending money on their products with little communication and all false and no product at the end or no solution. Save your money!

Good communication, fantastic and quality product, really like it. Fast shipping (2 days in Europe) without any customs (ships from Germany via fast package post with tracking). Their FB page is a bit old but not to worry, product is good and of quality.

Very swift delivery and I'm grateful that, unlike other companies selling these products, they have a straightforward approach: not constant "sale" discounts, just constant reasonable pricing; and not trying to rip you off with unnecessary delivery insurance! (Worth noting that the DPD driver threw the unit over a six foot gate - despite me being in - and, although he damaged a post that holds a gate sensor, the unit survived thanks to the packaging; but this was clearly not Red Light Therapy's fault).

Early days with the unit, but the experience was the same as with a professional one I used at a chiropractor, so I'm optimistic that it will be as effective as the studies suggest (if I use it regularly).

I also appreciate that their design is simple to use; just two buttons (one for red, one for infrared).

Purchase process was fine but Red Light used Parcelforce to ship. They were uniformly poor as always - offering no ability to change the delivery date & then leaving a £600 purchase on the front door step on a busy road. We had to ask a friend to drive 5 miles to rescue it as we weren't home. Sigh.

Radio silence from the company - online and chat and emails left unanswered.
No phone number to call.
Will leave a couple of more days before taking further action.
Delays to delivery are understandable - no communication is not.

I bought the 1000W Panel and am very pleased with the quality and the quick delivery. Hanging it from the door was more challenging as it hung too high for me. I bought 2 steel s-hooks and linked them so that it hung lower. I appreciated the info in the booklet on the mitochondria and did some research. I am optimisitc that this will help me with an arthritic knee, shoulders, hands and wrists, amongst other things. After 3 weeks, there is a definite improvement.

Quick delivery - sturdy light with glasses. Only just started using. Will update on progress for TSW. Very good service regarding ordering process and delivery.
