I hired a thermal imaging camera from Red Current Ltd to map out underfloor heating pipes ahead of some digging work, and the whole experience was excellent.

Their website is clear and informative, making it easy to choose the right equipment. Communication throughout was friendly, responsive, and straightforward. The pricing felt fair, and the camera itself was high quality and did exactly what I needed.

Instructions for both usage and return were simple to follow, and the team even suggested a cheaper return option (drop-off instead of collection), which was a nice touch.

Overall, a very efficient, no-fuss service that delivered exactly what I needed. Would definitely recommend.

I hired a FLIR thermal imaging camera for a project at work, the Red Current team was helpful at every stage. Infrared imaging isn’t my expertise, so I really appreciated the phone consultation to figure out which camera suited our use case. Responses to my questions about the hire agreement were super fast, and the camera arrived with clear instructions, both for using it and for packaging it up for return. All in all, the most pleasant hire rental experience I’ve had recently and very cool experience using such as high-res thermal imaging camera. Thanks!

Very supportive, gave me the information I needed to chose the right camera. The camera allowed me to find a leak under a glued vinyl floor which meant we were able to fix with some 'keyhole' plumbing and repair the floor without it showing - rather than tearing up and replacing a whole £5K floor to find the leak.

Have consistenly had a really great experience with Red Current, particularly with Andy. He's always replied to my email really quickly and is always very friendly. The thermal cameras have all arrived in great conditions, and we've been able to hire these at short notice for our projects. I particularly liked that they have guidance on their website for which cameras would be best suited for what you are wanting to use them for. I also think the process of hiring these is very user friendly, they organise the couriers for you. Will happily continue to use Red Current going forward!
