We have been using this product for nearly three years, both personally as end users and across our wider team, and it has delivered significant benefits for both employees and employers.

The platform makes timesheet submission simple and efficient for staff, while also providing an intuitive and streamlined approval process for reviewers and managers. One of the standout features is the seamless integration with Xero, which has made payroll processing extremely efficient and reduced administrative overhead considerably.

Another major strength is the customer support. Whenever we have encountered an issue or needed assistance, the support team has been highly responsive, approachable, and genuinely committed to improving the product based on user feedback. The in-app communication feature makes it easy to connect directly with the team when needed.

Using RecruitHero as and Add On for Xero is a life saver for my business.
It handles all of our onboarding (Xero doesn't have any capability for holding onboarding documents) and agreements in one place.
Connecting to JobAdder is easy (JobAdder has no onboarding, or timesheet options so an Add On was required). Timesheets are able to be approved externally at the click of a button - no sign in required - by our clients, and can be used for employees or ABN Holder Contractors.
It connects seamlessly with Xero for payroll and invoicing, making it so much faster to process. There are option for more than one pay cycle in a period, and invoices are created from the approved timesheets for accuracy in billing.
The Team that run RecruitHero used their experience as contractors to find a solution to messy external timesheet options. They have been able to design something simple and effective.
Any question or issues are taken care of super fast, and they have been happy to assist where they could with extra features I've suggested.
