Terrible communication and poor quality
Sent my car to their Torquay depot to supply and fit a recon DSG gearbox.
Was told it would take 5 days, gave them the car for a fortnight but told them I had to have the car by the end of the second week as I had commitments that I couldn't break.
Day 16 and the car still hadn't been done, it transpires they didn't start it until day 10, the car had been sat there doing nothing for nearly a week and a half.
Got the car back and it reeked of gearbox oil, a week later that smell was still in the carpet and was so bad we had to have the car carpets washed in order to get rid of the smell. Worse still was that the wheel nuts were not torqued up and the driveshaft bolts were only finger tight!! We noticed this because of the knocking noise from the front suspension.
Have emailed the company and 3 weeks later they haven't even bothered to reply to acknowledge it.
God knows how effective they are going to be if there needs to be a warranty claim.
Personally I wouldn't recommend, find another company whose customers have had better experiences
