Well done both.
Dean and Neil were slightly late arriving due to heavy traffic. They were polite and professional, and took care wiping their feet as it was snowy outside and they were obviously in and out a lot to collect all the parts. They were helpful changing the mattresses around and Dean was meticulous in showing me how the bed worked and what all the plugs/remote control worked. Excellent workmen and a credit to your company.

The Advisor was very thorough, and patiently demonstrated the chair. He was pleasant and didnt try to rush us into a decision.
The order was completed in very good time, so close to Christmas.
Neil and Stuart delivered the chair. They were efficient, helpful, very pleasant and extremely good looking!

Bed Delivery and Installation
Neil and Dean delivered my new bed today, three days before Christmas. They arrived promptly just before 8.00 am which was my time slot and had finished installation within an hour, and run through instructions, troubleshooting etc.

We first met Ian less than 48 hours…
We first met Ian less than 48 hours ago, after we had been experiencing some major, some minor problems with the suite we had purchased and taken delivery of back on the 18th October. Numerous visits from members of the company had failed to appreciate and resolve our anguish at not having all the pieces of our order within our home and in good working order.
Then Ian came to our home, such a cheerful,polite, respectful,courteous and knowledgeable young man who appreciated all our problems and worries, acted upon them immediately and within 48 hours had resolved our outstanding issues, put our home back to rights and left two old people in a much happier place. Thank you.

Delivery experience generally good
Delivery experience generally good. They did come very early on Monday morning and with little warning which was not ideal. The information that they would need to remove a small sofa was not passed on to them. However they did set up the chair fully and in the right place and demonstrated it as the company said they would.

An all round excellent experience
An all round excellent experience, we had a chair brought to our home to try out, measured to fit service, with a huge amount of fabric to choose from. Then within 2 weeks the chair was delivered by Neil and Dean who were cheerful and professional, going through all the settings and remote controls. My husband loves his new chair and it matches perfectly with our decor
