I bought the Aerogard home UV light trap. It does not work. The insects happily fly around it and it does not attract them. It is an expensive, large and ugly.

The managers at HULL Reckitt are…

The managers at Hull Reckitt are completely incompetent and encourage a toxic work environment. Kilner is the worst, she singles good workers out and then starts the bully tactics, she is petrified as she is of low intelligence and knowledge, HR protects her as they know she is a horrendous person. She would sell her mother for a pay rise or good yearly review.

Purchased Vanish to resolve a stain on a new top, the product did as its name “Vanish” the top disintegrated after applying the liquid as stated contains bleach! Emailed the head office a company called Reckitt “Reck-it” they certainly do live up to there name and recked it, offered a £15 Amazon Voucher (Amazon Delivery £4.99) after declining that they’d offered £25 half the shirts value, still not acceptable. Please be aware it might “Recknit”if you try

I made a purchase based on an email…

I made a purchase based on an email from your Finish brand (finish.co.uk). The 1 get 1 free advert. But you didn't send me the free product.

I contacted customer service and they said they didn't have such a package and that I was lying. I am not a liar, the emails and all correspondence, your advertising emails, my order details are in my mailbox. I believe this error and the unusual correspondence I have with your customer service needs to be corrected.

Your customer service doesn't even know how to sell a product. But that's my mistake, I made the mistake of buying from your website instead of Asda, Lidl, Tesco. I won't make that mistake again.

Review the advertising emails you send. Review your system. Then you will know whether I am a liar or not. As I mentioned above, I have all the advertising emails I received from you and the information about which advertisements I made a purchase based on. I'm sure you have this information too if you take the trouble to review it.

Avoid Hull Reckitts at all costs - Terrible Leadership

Avoid Hull Reckitts at all costs. The management team are a disgrace. They enjoy a revolving door of employees due to the bullying that goes on from managers. The female ATL in Dries NKilner is an absolute nightmare, been in the same role for 20 years and so incompetent but this is the blueprint for the entire leadership team across Supply, HR Department are aware but do nothing. A miserable site to work.

Reckitt Hull

Worked at their Hull site for 19 years and I'm sorry but I don't have a single good word to say about them. The way that myself and colleagues were treated with utter contempt and exploited was disgraceful. If they went out of business I would buy a bottle of champagne and box of cigars to celebrate.

I contacted them because I bought a can of Lysol spray that didn't work. They said they would send me a cheque for $5. They did, and it bounced when I deposited it! I have contacted them to find out why it bounced but no reply.

Faulty products

Complete and utter dreadful company with zero customer service/support
as you can see by all the negative reviews. I have sent photos but this firm insists of video evidence.. I sent this 4 days ago but no response. This is an ongoing problem with their product at least 2 years now with no improvement seen

Reckitt: No customer service

Last correspondence to Reckitt:
'I must admit to being mystified by your attitude and policies. I contacted you in November of 2023, asking for a replacement of the spray gun on your Lysol containers and you couldn't or wouldn't do that. You said I would get a $5 refund and as of today January 25, 2024 you still haven't delivered. I can't believe how unimportant your customers are to you.'

Completely disrespectful to drivers

Coming to Reckitt Derby for a HGV collection, with all the safety to lock the wheels on the bays, after handing the keys in the despatch office, I have been told to wait in a very small room with no TV, microwave just one hot drink machine, obviously not free.
Waiting for over 2 hours in this room without the right facilities its just COMPLETELY DISRESPECTFUL TO US (DRIVER’S)
Tried to speak to one of the managers, and his posture was rude and told me he didn't want to listen " and its either you seat there or leave the site now"
