What all of us need from such marketplaces is a good product line, price and prompt delivery. I guess rebuy could provide all of these qualities quite well. The product range was wide enough for the products that I usually buy online: clothes, accessories, new weird things for home, basically everything. Prices were good and not that expensive for Germany. Delivery was on-time, at least no delays

Over the years I have used Rebuy a number of times, selling 6 iPhones and buying 4 iPhones and a PlayStation, all without any issues. However in October 2024 I sold my disabled son’s iPhone 14 Plus to them. Same procedure as usual, Securely packed the phone into the original iPhone box, then repacked that into another box, completely wrapped that up in brown sticky tape to be sure it was totally secure and took in to the local DHL parcel shop. A few days later the package was shown as delivered to Rebuy. Then a few days later the package was shown as being in transit again. A few days later then shown as received but damaged. I called Rebuy to check what was happening to be informed that the package was received empty. They explained that the package was damaged and no phone inside. They said that they had kicked off an investigation and not to worry, this happens more often than they like, but all shipments are fully insured. 5 months later, after numerous complaints, calls and emails to Rebuy, after providing all requested information to them, today I received an email stating that DHL rejected their claim, so there is nothing they can do and I won’t receive any payment for my sons phone (agreed selling price 453€). Do no sell to this company, they (or their employees or their logistics partners) lose or steel your property, make you wait 5 months with no information and then simply refuse to pay. Absolutely disgusting and dishonest.

Reliable and fair. Quick in response. Could be buying from customers a bit of a larger selection of books and media…

Wonderful experience! Great and interface and hugely friendly service (in English!) which helped on each step! My product was shipped in 18 hours and got to me with the accurate and efficient services of DHL in less than two days!

Checking the device took more than twice as long as initially advertised.
A large sum of the cash was then deducted despite the device meeting the criteria for the grade I had selected (Scratches invisible with display on) - likely because the device had depreciated since sending it in due to their long time to check it.
Contrary to other reselling companies, the support was not helpful over mail, though response time was fine.

I sold an iPhone 12. Although the prices for this model are average at best, the service is the last thing you want to use.
They claimed that the phone was not in the condition they had anticipated, which reduces the payment. I am confident that the iPhone I sold is in excellent condition, despite the damage to the case

This company scammed me. Ordered 1900 euro macbook, it was never delivered to me, customer support on a paid line, zero information, no solution. Not sure how it's even allowed. But it is what it is. I would advice against buying anything expensive from them.

Sold an Iphone14pro to ReBuy. Despite the buying prices are average at best the service is the last you want to use.

They claimed the phone was not in the conditions they expected and reduces payment. But the foto and the video did not show my phone (wrong colour). Claimed that immediately after the message. So a very obvious thing but they wrote back it is very complex.
Now since November 19th they do not answer any of my mails. And I have sent multiple mails.

Update Dec. 19th: The answer was not sufficient as my claim about the video and the wrong Telefon was again not explained.

Don't bother to try to sell media to rebuy. It's been increasingly difficult to reach the minimum value because they rarely accept a thing. Besides that, my last sell is under check forever. Two contacts with customer service and they only send ready messages. I am not angry with rebuy although I think they should be more transparent and disable media purchases of their app.

I actually ordered a DHL pickup which didn’t happen but I sent my device via pack station. It was delivered on Monday and they told me it may take up to 7 days, but on the next day I received money. I recommend rebuy!

Fast and trustworthy

Would give 0 stars. The item never arrived, and tracking is false. When asked to refund, they make you wait an arbitrarily long period, which they set, and which is in violation of the contract. Unserious business. Avoid.

P.S. Customer service has apparently been schooled to ask to keep writing the same message to the customer to buy time. Rubbish company, they should be sued with a class action.

Super schnell, super intuitive

I have bought an iPad 12.9 pro from them stated like new, the product had minor scratch visible from looking into the screen from above.

Upon opening there is no plug for charging! a cable was there which was not original nor a good replacement, feels like a 5€ worth of cable from chip Chinese cables, I have send them a request for partial refund no answer to date -> 5days now and counting.

The battery status does not existed on the device which has two meanings either the battery was replaced or it is not an original battery.

so I wonder what is considered as customer support on the website? only to buy?
it says 3 years of warranty, the first 5 days was already a hell!
