I’ve had zero problems and I absolutely love the branded domain option that makes the links look branded, organized and not spammy. Amazing tool for both business and personal link shortening. I use it for all of my vanity-URL needs and it is honestly amazing. The free tier is plenty for most people, though my biggest gripe is that 2fa isn't a free feature.

That being said, this is still the first tool I recommend to anyone looking for a simple way for creating a large number of short links with their own domain!

Great service. Their G-Sheets add-on is the most valuable tool to quickly create shortlinks in bulk. Highly recommend it!

Using Rebrandly has been easy and fun. I use it for work to share training links with staff, and I've also set up a domain name for my son to use for school projects. Updateable links and QR codes are awesome features.

Edited 3/13/19: 3/5 stars. Re-rating on account of reply here and to support request via rebrandly customer service. Though it took 72 hours to get a response from request for help with verification email via Rebrandly's support form, they were able to push my verification through the back end. Still concerned about ease of useability, especially for a service where any customization of urls requires payment.

Original post: 1-5 stars. I am very concerned about the privacy of my info on Rebrandly. I signed up with a work email originally to use service for business, and did not receive a verification email despite re-sending multiple times and reaching out to customer service. I tried my gmail account, which worked, but when I purchased a domain, I received the confirmation emails back in my work email address, and I never linked them, which concerns me. Also, when I clicked the link to the ICANN approval form, it was a dead link. Scam???

The custom branding is just one of its kind because and you can change the destination adress, plus you have QR codes and such.
