Order was placed 10/2/25. I received only part of the order. I sent multiple emails and at least 3 voice mails with options for refund or replace remaining items. I have had no response and it has been over 3 months. I am still owed approximately $20 worth of product.

Have not received item - hasn’t shipped — no updates seen and several emails sent went unanswered.

I ordered retainer plugs for a medical procedure 3.5 weeks in advance. I have only received partial order and it's the eve of my procedure. I also reached out to the company to inquire 2 weeks ago... Never responded. Terrible experience.. worried about my health, life, procedure and have to worry about not having the retainers on top of it.

After I issued a chargeback they sent my stuff out. I ended up getting it like 3 weeks after ordering but there was zero communication. Nice earrings though

Avoid these guys like the plague. I wanted some large size titanium tunnels and Rebelbod was one of only sites that had em. A pair cost $150 but i thought it was worth it. Unfortunately this business is run by a bunch of chimps or something. They have zero communication and I mean ZERO. They take your money and tell you to wait basically. If you look at their FAQ on their website they basically say 'dont bother us with questions about your package talk to the USPS'

Ive never seen any other company act like this. I ordered my earrings on Aug 6th 2025 and as of Aug 23rd I still have received no earrings, nor have i received any updates about the status of my order.

Ive reached out to them every which way I can, contacting several different emails and support. No one has responded. I wanted this as an anniversary gift for my wife and now im screwed.

To top it all off, the company is based in New Jersey and I live in New Jersey. How a company can be so awful and stay in business is beyond me.

Ordered my items on May 10th. My order didn't ship until May 30th and was expected June 3rd. On June 26th, I made a missing mail search request through USPS. It has now been a month and I was just notified that my package still hasn't been recovered. I wish I had listened to the other reviews saying not to order from here, but I thought it would be different because I'd ordered something before without any issues. Please don't be like me!!! Spend your money elsewhere.

They have my right apartment and building number on my address line. They keep putting the wrong number on thr shipping label. I have the same order reshipping for a second time

My order came and it looks great. If i had the money id order more.

Ordered two piercings last year and the order never arrived. I enquired about it, but got nothing. They blamed it on my country's customs, which is utter nonsense. I ordered goods from the US countless times over the years and never had issues.

Ordered 2 8g and 2 6g titanium horseshoe rings. 1 of them the balls were lose from day 1 and they came unscrewed on their own. I lost 1 of the balls after a week. I was willing to buy a replacement BUT they don't make them!!!! Customer service, if you could call it that, basically blamed me, told me I'd have to buy a whole new horseshoe! Ridiculous!! Their service is terrible, their policies are designed to not offer refunds. I'm taking it up with my bank as fraud. They are a SCAM!!! DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

Very disappointed 😞 the worst site ever!!!

Hotel is in horrendous conditions. Paid £200 for two nights. Spend approximately 20 minutes in the room. The carpet was completely ripped to shreds, the windows didn’t close, the radiator was rusted and hanging off the wall. I would never recommend this hotel in any capacity. The only good thing about the hotel was the young lady on reception who was completely understanding and sorry for what I had to encounter.

Not getting into details but they are scammers. Even the address they have listed as theirs is a post office. I reported them to reportfraud ftc gov (won’t let me leave the website on the review) I recommend y’all do the same

I feel like their site is very deceiving. I ordered a product specifically because it said it would arrive the Thursday before Xmas. I finally received an email on Xmas eve that my product was getting ready to ship. Okay well.. let me take a look at what's going on....I see that all of a sudden it's a special order that can take 1-4 weeks to even ship. (I would have bought them for my GF even if I knew that to be fair). But that's not my point. The site is not only deceiving it is offensive! I'm sorry if rude people are always calling because of shipping issues but that makes me believe it isn't the customers fault. I even gave the benefit of the doubt thinking they were in another country... nope right up the coast. This was not a special order to my knowledge..if they were that wasn't made clear at all.
Cool stuff.. not worth the wait.. but even then I wouldn't have made a stink but to see an ENTIRE page of how they don't want customers to act is just completely unprofessional. And for that alone I will not promote this company.

Second purchase from this site. Recent purchase was a 10 pack of replacement parts for body jewelry. It's an expensive site nowadays, but when I recently tried a cheaper site their parts were literally useless, so I'm back, and have learned a very annoying lesson. Everything I got both last time and this time have been excellent pieces and parts. Would really love to see their 14G 4x12mm Spike replacements back up for sale, Can't find them anywhere. Bought the beauty blossoms nose stud after misplacing my original nose stud (the only one i ever owned) after three decades, i was nervous about choosing the right replacement. I wanted something lovely that would double as a retainer until i could afford a pricier, more permanent, ring or stud option. in short, a nose bone that i could literally afford to lose.

Instead, what i now have is a gorgeous nose bone i don't want to go without.

My fear that the affordability of this jewelry might mean inferior quality or craftsmanship have been blown out of the water. my nose hasn't turned blue, it hasn't fallen off my face, nor has the nose bone, for that matter. it's a secure, comfortable fit. but best of all, it is LOVELY. the rose gold setting is flattering, and the flower design keeps me in compliments with it's shape and shine. tis a wonderful reminder that beauty and quality can be found at any price if one knows where to look.

Bought a pair of clear acrylic double flared plugs and they are great. Nice and clear not foggy. Plenty wearable space.

I order 2 eyebrows rings and they said it got delivered. After a week I still never got it. Wrote to them about it and they gave me usps tracking and told me to go hiking around to ask my neighbors for it.
I never got a refund nor did they attempt to offer one. Soo yeah. Disappointment.

I ordered thinking this was a legit company. I wish I’d seen these reviews beforehand. My order never arrived. It’s been “arriving later than expected” for almost a week with no update. It’s nearly 30 days past due. I reached out and they regurgitated them same tracking info I’ve had for weeks. They refuse to refund once your jewelry has shipped. This site is a scam. They take your money and then don’t send you the product. I will be reporting their company to the Better Business Bureau.

Shady charge for 3 day delivery. 3rd day I contacted them they hadn't even shipped the item yet. How's this 3 day delivery which was the only option I was offered for shipping
