Sandeep was really helpful..

Sandeep was really helpful in getting my Reapit back up and running after many calls/emails between Reapit and our IT team, straight from the get go Sandeep took over and if it wasn't for him I would still be without it. Highly Recommend

Iupload issue

Had a bizarre technical issue for which a remote call was setup to step through the issue.

Please that the correct level of support was pulled into the call straight away and the suggested fix did work

Kenny assisted me this morning. His communication was outstanding and he managed to resolve an issue that i have had for many years. For once, someone simply tried to resolve the issue without blaming anyone else!! Super impressed. Well done Kenny.

READ THIS this before signing up for Reapit for Small Business

UPDATED REVIEW.
Our Client Support guy has been extremely helpful - travelling down to help iron out some of the problems and being on hand for questions - can’t fault him at all - this is the service required.
However still think the system is too complicated for the novice user and that for the money the system costs the package should include an initial tailoring of the template system to configure to individual company profile/needs. If our basic letter/brochure configuration had been done at the outset which probably wouldn’t take more than a day then this review would have been very different.

Ordered Reapit for Small Business. Didn't realise that it is like buying a dog and barking yourself or buying a car and it arrives in kit form. You have to literally set it up from the bottom upwards - EVERYTHING is templated and difficult to navigate. You have to have MASSES of time and a LOT of knowledge & technical ability to navigate the clunky and complicated instructions. You have to raise a ticket for everything & every little tweak costs - as well as the support team expecting everyone to be as tech savvy as them. Our client liaison guy is ok but completely unsympathetic to how hard it is setting up a new business with only 2 staff and having to deal with all this. It's "my problem for being frustrated/not liking the templates"! Asked if they could provide some whizzkid for a day to set it up for you (gladly pay) but apparently not................wish we'd never signed up - we're not using it - manually uploading to Rightmove and Zoopla and getting brochures elsewhere. TOTAL & UTTER WASTE OF MONEY - THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING UP as this has been THE SINGLE MOST frustrating and time consuming of anything to do with starting our business.

Moving CRM systems is always a huge…

Moving CRM systems is always a huge exercise for any Estate Agency, anywhere in the world.
I have had to do it 4 times now in my career - in 3 different countries - and I can tell you categorically the way REAPIT handle this is second to none. They ''hold your hand'' at every step and give you dedicated members of staff to deal with at every step.
The time saving and efficiencies that we will receive at Anthony Martin Franchising will help us grow even quicker, attract high class franchisees and MOST importantly support all our wonderful Franchisees - both existing and those that come onboard.
