A very dangerous scam company operating under a variety of names. I ordered a a potion for a prostate problem which was a drop under the tongue, they sent a cheap chinses liquid which says (not very clearly) that it was for external use. A VERY DANGEROUS SCAM COMPANY.
Tool used by scammers all over the web
Bought 2 lamps on a website. Two weeks later, they still hadn’t arrived and the tracking page looked weird. I contacted them to know when I could expect to receive my order. I got an answer, I checked the email adress of the person answering me and it was the adress of the scam wesbite where I bought the lamp followed by reamaze.com. All the answers the scammers send after we get scammed are generated by this reamaze AI tool.
Totally different jacket
Totally different jacket. thin and of poor quality. When i want to return i have to pay €20 shipping cost to china, while i have bought with free shipping. really scam. They also known as Nora-mae.nl
Company that supports scams
Company that supports scams!
This company is propping up scam companies in the UK. I ordered a coat off Astravada.co.uk they sent me a completely different coat, that wasn’t even listed in their website. After asking for a refund they used Re:amaze to reply to my email, and the responses didn’t even make sense.
I sent photo proof of the coat being completely different and it just kept saying that the order had been delivered.
Services like this should have a responsibility to check clients are lawfully trading, it’s incredibly irresponsible.
Shoes from "Windsor London" - self-fund return to China!
Bought 2 pairs of shoes online from "Windsor London". Did not fit. Asked to return for refund. No returns labels issued. Customers are being given a returns address in China and have to pay for shipment. They did offer as a matter of "courtesy" to reimburse 10% of the cost of the goods if I want to keep them!
The "customer services" email address pointed me to "Reamaze.com". Stay away!

Claire & Mae off FB through…
Bought from Claire & Mae off FB through their website. Product came. Terrible sizing. Info at claireandmae.com comes back as no valid domain. A contact from clarksons-canada.reamaze.com responded saying ship the item back to china. Or we will refund u 20%. Website says refund policy: full money back guarantee. i guess they have you as who wants to pay $200 to ship it back to china.
Less than 1 star if it were there
Less than 1 star if it were there. Hubby purchased from FB add that said their store name was Kiwi-Made. There is nothing Kiwi about these scammers!! Paid 90$ NZ for what we thought was a wool jersey and we got the most hideous cheap thing that I would not have even paid $10.00 for! It is printed on to look like a knitted jersey, and not even a good print job. Don't go there, they are SCAMMERS, rip off artists!! Purchased July 12 or 13 and only received on 11th of August. I've requested a refund, but I don't hold out much hope of getting it. Don't buy from them!!
PRODUCT NOT AS ORDERED
I placed an order online for a certain product and paid an exorbitant price.
When I received my order from Michelle Smith, it was NOT what I had ordered.
Their response was that the supplier said it was the same product, just different packaging.
She has my money, and now all I get is automated replies.
I will advise people who are not wealthy, and desperately need help, to be aware of their ability to refund,as stated in the Facebook advert.
I now sit with stuff that I did NOT order, and out of pocket for more than my monthly income. Cyber crime is apparently the biggest form of theft, and I will no longer buy anything from Facebook.
It used to work
It used to work, now nothing does.
Send messages, they never get to their destination
Their reply (it isnt their fault) or its a bug they have fixed
Now they are sending messages to customers at random and closing conversations which have just been opened!

We attempted transitioning to Re:amaze…
We attempted transitioning to Re:amaze CRM from Gorgias, hoping for better features and support—but experienced nothing but frustration and wasted resources.
Their supposed "AI" is incredibly ineffective. For ecommerce businesses with multiple stores and multiple languages, setup is an absolute nightmare. You have to manually program each store separately, spending weeks on something that other platforms handle seamlessly. The AI, in reality, has no intelligence at all, making this CRM useless if you're managing anything more complex than a single store in a single language.
Support was completely unhelpful and outright rude. Despite contacting them repeatedly, different agents provided responses that solved absolutely none of our multiple system issues. They repeatedly claimed they'd escalate my issues to their "top tier team," but weeks later, I’m still waiting for any meaningful solution or even a basic update.
We wasted considerable time and money on this platform. The glowing reviews elsewhere seem suspicious, as the errors we encountered were clearly issues on Re:amaze’s end, confirmed but never resolved by their own support team.
Avoid this CRM at all costs—it's a costly mistake.

The customer service team I have emailed at reamaze have lied to me that’s 4 different names. The original email an are laughable & I intend to use them as a training tool in my retail business……What NOT to do, embarrassing performance. PayPal will refund for me, however NOT THEIR JOB O DO SO. The Faulty Towers of customer service.ella-Robinson reamaze.com.

VIBO is a total scam setup, avoid!
I "purchased" two de-icing heaters from them which did not arrive so "Angela" in a return e-mail apologised and said they would send another pair immediately! They did not arrive and I got an identical e-mail response. For three times I have asked for my money back, one of which had a irrelevant return.
Re:amaze prop up numerous 'closing down…
Re:amaze prop up numerous 'closing down scams' as featured on FaceBook. Fake busineses, based in reality in HK. If you are a legitimate online seller why would you want to be associated with fraudsters?
SCAM COMPANY
I ordered two high quality jumpers from them at a cost of £159 each. The quality turned out to be appalling. They were not woollen jumpers as in the pictures but cheap polyester garments with coloured prints on them. Surely this Company should be banned from selling in the UK
Got caught like all the other people…
Got caught like all the other people fortunately I only spent £30. They advertised on Facebook. Will try and get my money back. And re post any info.
No stars!!! Poor quality item.
I'm trying to get a refund on a coat. It's very poor quality. To return it is £20 for Which I would be responsible. The coat isn't worth that. I can't get any sense from my emails to the company and they take days to reply, if at all.
Do not buy from here!
Do Not Trust Re:Amaze. Shoddy goods, delivered slowly
Hello, We ordered two dresses from Smith Wardrobe (smithwardrobe.uk) which appears to be a trading name of Re:amaze. The dresses took ages to arrive - shipped from China - and were of the shoddiest quality possible. I emailed them and they offered me a five percent rebate and I could keep the dresses. I've asked for the rebate, and we shall see what happens.

Purchase 22 November 2024, 8 January 2025 and can't even get an email response.
I ordered a heater from this company on 22 November 2024, believing it was UK based. I heard nothing at all from them so email on 22 December. They replied the same day and effectively said it had got lost in the post and that they would post another and send me tracking details. Still not a word from them. Sent a third email and no reply at all.
