Giving yourself the Flower Farm Box is the next best thing to a walk in the country.
I've been a regular customer for over a year. Each week I choose something to bring the breath of beautiful flowers into my inner city home. Usually I go for the Flower Farm Box and spread everything out before deciding what to put with what and in which vase. It's the best therapy I know for forgetting what I need to forget. The staff are as delightful to deal with as are the flowers.

Summer flower farm box…
I sent my daughter the summer flower farm box and she said they were the most beautiful flowers she has ever received. It is so great to find flowers that are grown in the UK and seasonal. Packaging was lovely and delivered as planned.

Packaging disappointing
Online the set of garden hand tools was shown in a lovely box tied with a ribbon. When the parcel arrived it had not been sent packaged, an address label was struck on the presentation box along with cellotape strips making it unsightly and there fore we were unable to use it to give as a gift.

First time I've used the Real Flower Company and what a refreshing change from the mainstream big 3.
The box was so well packed and had the space in it to let the flowers breathe, blooms in various states from bud to in flower.

The ordering process online was straightforward the online chat was helpful when needed (arranging delivery date). The delivery was on time, but the plant itself was damaged because it was too tall for the box and several heads were broken and some leaves white, which was disappointing as this was a wedding anniversary gift

Very poor quality of flowers arriving on a very special day
Flowers ordered for an 80th birthday to arrive on the actual day. For my wife. I was vey angry and tearful.
What arrived was of really poor quality - dead and dying - flowers one would walk past on a garage forecourt and not buy.
You make up your own mind.
The company says it will refund in total and send a gift to my wife.

Beautiful English Flowers
I ordered a bouquet for my friends who are celebrating 60 years of marriage, their diamond wedding, so very important in their lives.
After speaking with a really helpful young lady at Customer Services and explaining my wishes, I left my order in her good hands.
