I’m absolutely thrilled with my first LORE subscription, which arrived right on schedule today.
Where do I begin? From the beautifully thoughtful, eco-conscious packaging to the exquisite selection of flowers—roses, scabious, fragrant Attar of Roses, and aromatic herbs—every detail was a delight. The scent is simply captivating, and the harmonious palette of soft pinks, mauves, and blues is stunning.
The inclusion of the extra crop of roses was such a lovely bonus, and I really appreciated the additional stems.
I’ve always loved bouquets from The Real Flower Company, and this subscription has exceeded my expectations. It truly lives up to its name, delivering real flowers with all the natural beauty, fragrance, and charm of the countryside.

I’ve had a number of deliveries for my own home and it’s been a little hit and miss, at times they have been stunning, however twice recently ive ordered hat box flowers as gifts, they arrived looking unopened but promising, only to be dead and brown the next day, disappointing, especially as gifts and not a cheap purchase

Sadly the Post Office chose to ignore my instructions about where to leave the flowers on delivery out of sight of the pavement. They were left in full view and stolen, so lovely though they looked on the website, they were not received.

Exceptional personal service from Hampstead Heath branch
I can't thank Louise and her team from the Hampstead Heath branch enough for the wonderful flower arrangements they created for my mother-in-law's 90th birthday event. The roses were stunning and there were so many compliments. The fragrance was amazing too! Not great
Unfortunately, not the great experience. Ordered flowers for my friends birthday, as it needed to be delivered early in the morning and there was no such an option - ordered to myself to get them delivered personally. Got the flowers , but bouquet was not fresh, flowers falling apart, no water or anything to keep them alive. For £120 the only thing that was good was a box and nice ribbon. I had to deliver them in the evening before birthday so that flowers don’t die completely.

Beautiful Sweetpeas that last
I have used the Real Flower Company for years and their Sweetpeas never disappoint. The presentation is very classy and I intend to go on using them, albeit once a year, to mark the anniversary of my daughter’s passing.

Beautiful but a huge disappointment
The Delphinium bouquet arrived on time 48 hours ago and was absolutely beautiful, a real seasonal treat. However within 24 hours the blue delphiniums were dropping flowers, every time I walk past the arrangement I have to scoop up a handful of dropped blooms. Meanwhile the white flower stems are still perfect.
I bought 2 bouquets, one for me snd one for a friend. Both are suffering with early flower drop, which is particularly disappointing in a gift.
I didn’t expect the flowers to be long lasting but less than 24 hours is unacceptable.

While delphiniums are a naturally delicate and seasonal flower, they should certainly provide enjoyment for longer than 24 hours. This is not the experience we aim to deliver, especially when one of the bouquets was intended as a gift.

I had a call the day before the flowers were due, to say the chosen blooms weren’t up to standard and was it acceptable to delay delivery. I was offered an alternative but chose to stick with original choice, which are absolutely stunning. Thanks so much, my daughter, the recipient, is very pleased indeed.
