Non existent customer service and no satisfaction guarantee despite payment for ist
After trying realfakephotos for job application /social media fotos and paying extra for satisfaction guarantee, I received a lot of photos but they were not usable. I contacted the custumor support several times, the chatbot informed me to forward my complaints to a human, but no response at all. The pictures are not good quality, either the body is far too slim for my head, or there are reflections in the spectacles or the background is basically the same (unprofessional) I had in my selfies or not suitable r not suitable for the purpose there were spots on the face. Really disappointing, waste of time or money and just non-existent customer suppor
