Really unprofessional, untrustworthy, dubious and childish company who built their base on piracy/copyright infringement and now stabbed their main costumers in the back, even by doxxing them on Trustpilot and giving out their personal information and insulting them. They knew that their service is completely based on illegal practices which lead to them facing legal trouble now. Do not use this service for the sake of your privacy and money!

The only reason for their success is people using it for piracy, and they were turning a blind eye to it.

A pathetic, spineless company that stabs its users in the back, the same users who enabled their existence for years. If copyright lawyers don't shut you down, the lack of users will. Don't pretend you didn't know what your service was used for, your snarky comments on user reviews will make you look like an unprofessional manchild. I have never used this service, but I would boycott it for everyone. What goes on in forums and here is outrageous and should definitely no longer be supported.

The recent events exposed these guys as unprofessional and untrustworthy, please avoid this service and transition to a different provider.

They are sharing users data. STAY AWAY!

This company doesn't let you cancel your service after you hire it even though they offer to return your money after one week if you don't like the service, effectively stealing your money.

They are desperate because they were complicit in a huge piracy scheme for years and are now being investigated.

It's a matter of time until they go broke, don't waste your money here.

Although I’m happy with their service and have had no issues I’m absolutely disgusted with the multiple GDPR violations in their replies on trustpilot and who knows where else? Because of this I will not be renewing my subscription when it expires in a couple of weeks.

Its a piracy network, don't let them pretend otherwise or that they didn't know. Their replies to comments here are pathetic and their TOS wont get them out of legal consequences.

Does the service work? Yeah very well actually, hence the 3 stars, but their attitude stinks. They take peoples money and ban them for anything. I charged back and got a refund, they tried to reverse it, but failed.

My advice is, if you don't use it now don't start, its not going to end well.

Publicly doxxing people for leaving negative reviews. While not TECHNICALLY illegal, it is certainly scummy. Canceling my account because if this is how they treat people publicly, imagine what they do behind closed doors.

be careful, they are collecting your information. download, ip and everything, and openly threatening to share all of that to interested party when it serves them.
