Ready Steady Bounce contacted me 36 hours before the party to say that they could only deliver earlier than planned. When I said this wasn't possible as venue would be closed I got no reply. With 24 hours before the party was due to start and no reponses to email, text and calls I had to book elsewhere. RBS then told me 23 hours ahead of the party that they would be there as originally planned and that they had just been looking at options. They kept my deposit. I have now learned from another company that they regularly let people down with excuses of broken down vans. Their excuse was that a team member had a heart attack. Maybe so but they shouldn't reschedule, not reply and then keep the deposit. They could have returned the deposit. Wish I'd read the Trust Pilot reviews. Glad my child's party wasn't ruined like other children's have been.

This company is one of a kind and great service and communication. We got the Dragons Den bouncy castle and slide and kids enjoy it happily, really glad I chose this company and castle.

I hired a bouncy castle for my son’s 6th birthday and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. The castle arrived on time, was clean, safe, and set up quickly by a friendly team.

The kids had an amazing time – it was definitely the highlight of the party! Seeing the joy on my son's face made it all worth it. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone planning a party or event. Thank you for making his birthday so special!

I had a booking with this company, and I made a mistake on date of booking. I hired the princess bouncy castle for 8th June but the party was on 7th! I only realised when they hadn’t turned up to set up!! Called them, and they already had bouncy castle with them… made a diversion and came straight to me to set up before the party started! They added an additional fee of £20 and I was more than happy to pay to make my girls party perfect! Without it my girls party would have not been the same, All the kids lovedddd it and it kept them entertained.

I would definitely recommend them for your hires - so great they could so quickly help resolve an error I made

Our school booked a bouncy castle hire for our summer fayre. 10 minutes before delivery time I received a text informing me they would be unable to deliver. Thank goodness YMA Bouncy Castles were able to help us out at last minute and saved the day or it would’ve been ruined. I wish I had seen the reviews as I would never have used this company - they obviously let their customers down regularly. Definitely one to avoid!

I had booked a bouncy castle a month in advance.
And on the week of the booking I was called up to confirm my booking.
I was told that they would call me back to confirm the time they will be delivering the bouncy castle.
The day before the booking, I hadn't heard anything from them, so I called to find out the time, but nobody answered.
On the day of the party (for my 10yr old niece), I called them again to find out the time they would arrive but nobody answered.
Long story short, they never answered and nobody turned up!
Luckily we were able to get a last minute booking from another company.
Absolutely disgusting!
Would love to give a zero rating.

Have used them in the past and couldn't fault them but it seems they have changed owners now, dirty bouncy castle , old food and dirt still on it, came late and turned up early to pick it up, no longer will be a continued user

It's a scam. They take the money and do not turn up. Spoiled my kid's birthday. And no refund given. Have reported to Police and Action Fraud.

Awful experience. Bouncy castle was dropped off at 11pm (5 hours late), after several "I'll be there in a few minutes" calls.

Bouncy castle itself was held together with duct tape, it was clearly old and not well kept.

No one called me on the collection day to remove it from my property, I tried to contact them by phone and email but minimal response. They picked up once and said "I'll find out where the driver is and we'll get back to you and remove it today" ...no response after that.

Finally, 4 days later - I get a text message "we'll be there in 20 minutes to collect the Bouncy castle".

Atrocious communication. Awful Bouncy castle. Frankly an embarrassment. Do not use, you will be disappointed.

Warning to other parents. Do not book from this company!!! They do not turn up and will ruin your kid’s party. Completely unreliable and will just ignore your desperate phone calls when you are faced with no way to entertain a whole party of kids. Despicable people. I wish I could give minus stars. I hope other people will see this and not make the same mistake I did.

AWFUL. They never turned up at the agreed time 11.30am. I had to call at 12pm and they said their van had broken down and contacting the customer was not their priority. They dodged my calls and then the most unprofessional and rude women called, holding me to ransom- ‘do you want the bouncy castle or not?’ I cancelled when they finally confirmed they were going to arrive & set up for 2.30! When I cancelled the women called again to abuse me. They demanded a 50% cancellation fee for ruining my son’s birthday. If I could give zero stars I would. Please do not use. Awful experience, horrible people.

Never turned up ! Please do not use this company your children will be very disappointed. I ordered a castle for a child’s party , they never answered any calls or messages. I managed to message them on the day and they said yes we will deliver , then they didn’t show up saying they had broken down but not letting me know that , I had one very upset Granddaughter. They are so unprofessional ! Order at your peril ! They offered a free castle but to late in the day for that child’s Birthday was ruined , plus how do you know that wouldn’t happen again You will be TOTALLY LET DOWN !!!

This company is either a scam or completely unprofessional, I booked a bouncy castle for my daughter's birthday party. I paid the deposit and the instructions were to have the balance in cash available on the day which I did. I texted the company (Mr L Brindley) the day before to check all was fine, he confirmed all was good, on the day nobody arrived with the bouncy castle and he was ignoring all calls and text. He has not contacted me as of yet to let me know why he did not arrive or to return my deposit! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
