Extremely excellent employee
I am handicapped and called the store to inquire if they had a wheelchair. I talked to Paul Jensen and he met me at the door when I arrived. I was in restaurant and retail management for 40 years, several commission, and as I told the manager I have never met a salesperson better than myself, lol. He was kind,and knowledgeable. He met all my needs i will send people his way. You are very lucky I am out of the business or I would steal him away.

We had an ongoing issue with a sofa…
We had an ongoing issue with a sofa that we bought two years ago. We contacted customer service and then the management and everyone was extremely helpful. We had an appointment to work with Brandon who helped us pick out a replacement. Great customer service all around from Raymour and Flanigan.
