I placed an order online to pick up from a specific store on a certain date. I received an email confirming my order details. However, when I went to pick up my item, I was informed that it was not available at that location and had not arrived. I called customer services and discovered that the item was discounted. They gave me the option to cancel the order or choose a different item. I was frustrated that they didn't inform me earlier, especially considering there was a 10-day gap between the order and pick up date. I ultimately decided to cancel the order due to the inconvenience and wasted time.
