Repair of my dining chair

I was very happy scheduling the service, agents were very helpful and friendly. I loved that I was kept aware when the technician would arrive. The technician was very nice. Unfortunately, the repair to my chair is not good

Lucky was exceptional

Lucky was exceptional. After introductions , he was there when we needed him and at the same time gave us soace to lllok around the new store. Found something we liked. Everything well explained. procedure & delivery explained. pricing clearly explained and checkout was easy. R&F was the only one of 4 furniture stores that had a 95" one cushion sofa . Delivery made today and all could not have been easier. No mistakes, no upcharges, great service. Seems like sofa is well made. Very impressed. Hugh & Susan C

Pleasant, knowledgable & helpful

The sales associate met me at the door. Nice pleasantries exchanged. Directed me to what I was looking for and he followed up. Explained everything and he even gave helpful suggestions for the furniture. Everyone was pleasant. I love my choice and the price even better. The prices are reasonable. Happy Customer. I am already referring this store to friends.

I did everything online

I did everything online. It went smoothly but the information for using leasing was a bit different by $2k. So I spent a couple hours on the phone trying to understand the process. I still can’t say that I understand. But whatever. I need a new couch. Just hope it’s not late.

The technician

The technician, Paul, was kind and helpful. He was able to identify the problem of my reclining sectional couch and provided a solution. He was punctual and efficient.

It’s just pass one week of one year…

It’s just pass one week of one year warranty and they can’t fix my sofa
But trying to contact repair team from last month and they never reply us back so now I have damage sofa that is not even one year old so I never buy any furniture again

I received my second tv stand

I received my second tv stand. It was delivered with a gouge in the front top section. The delivery person tried to cover it with a pencil type device. He then took a picture of it as well as another flaw & called the company. Stated I would hear from you within 72 hrs for repair. Asked if wanted another unit. No. I do not. Chances are that would also be flawed. I’d like a 15% discount on the damaged unit. Thank you for your time.

Sales person was very relaxed and…

Sales person was very relaxed and informative. Asked if we wanted to brose the store first then ask any questions we had. Helped us select 2 beautiful leather recliners and provided us with the best deal. Manager also came over to ensure we were being taken care of.
