I went to Raymore Flanagan because my sister told me to buy “good” furniture of some poorly made furniture. We have bought things from them before and they are still great.
I had the best experience. “Al” the salesperson was professional, polite, friendly. Knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. I was never rushed. He knew there inventory and helped me choose exactly what I needed. He didn’t try to “oversell” me. He listened to my vague ideas and found me the perfect solution.
The entire staff went out of their way to help me get exactly what I wanted.
The selection is huge. The quality of the furniture is exceptional.
You can go to “bargain” places but you won’t get the quality and I doubt you’ll get the expertise you will find at Raymore Flanigan. It was an excellent experience.

Initially, I would have given a higher rating, however, R&F need tighter quality control with their delivery and set up. I ordered a bedroom set back in January. The dresser came and the drawers didn't close properly, they took that dresser away and brought a whole new one. The bed was unable to be assembled as they were missing the entire mattress platform. Another service crew was send out to correct this mishap. 8 months later I have noticed a significant center sway in my mattress and the new bed is squeaking. I lifted the entire mattress off and noticed a gap in the platform frame. I travelled out to the store to look at the floor model and sure enough, the center support beam is missing. I now have to wait for service to figure out how to get the part and come back out, now for the 3rd time to fix this issue. This speaks to an issue with quality control. How can I trust that anything I buy from R&F will meet the quality and be installed correctly? And now I have a mattress with a valley in the middle.

My salesman was very knowledgeable, kind and patient. He helped me find the perfect sofa and chair! Elliot was a delight! Thank you.

Great customer service from the manager and sales person. Answered all my questions on my return and set up a rather complicated order seamlessly.

The salesperson was fine. Everything after that went downhill. When delivering a bed, the finial on our staircase was damaged and they didn't let us know and made it worse by taking the piece they broke off. The recliner that we ordered was delivered broken. It looked fine until you tried the reclining mechanism. Store refused to replace it. Instead a technician came out said he had to order a new part that would take 12 weeks from China. Still wasn't there in 12 weeks. Talked to a compassionate person named Kimberly in Customer Service that arranged with her manager to get us a part locally. Why were we made to wait all that time? They should have replaced the chair immediately as we reported it immediately. There were other missteps along the way but its not worth going into. We will never shop there again.

Being able to view the furniture we were interested in and taking our time without being followed through the store by a salesperson. This was the main reason hadn’t been in the store in years. Our salesperson was very good in being around to answer questions when needed. Thank you very much to Al Budwee.

Had trouble with recliners that I bought Went into Raymour and Flanigan’s asked for a manager Matt took care of us. Everything was straightened out within 48 hours and we have new chairs on the way. He did a wonderful job very impressed.

Very good at selling supposed high end furniture and pushing the warranties. Not very good about responding to claims and returning calls. Been waiting almost four months for a cushion replacement. Will not be shopping there any longer. Can get the same quality elsewhere for a much more reasonable price.

I bought pieces of a sectional couch. (the right arm & the left arm ends) They do not match properly; One is higher than the other & seam going across each does not meet!!! I spoke with manager He just kept saying Nothing wrong with it. Call customer service. Spoke with Customer Service They also said nothing wrong & at times sectionals will not match. Why wasn't I told that when I bought it. Called sales girl but she never returned my call. R/F Amherst doing nothing about it !!!!!

I will never shop there again !!!!!!

Doing well with sale prices. Easy to navigate their site . Plus they had a wide variety to choose from.

Entire order turned into a 3 month fiasco. I had the furniture completely paid for before the order was fully functional. Intially they delivered with missing parts and a damaged drawer. Learned my lesson I will never sign for delivery until all furniture is recieved in working order, your return policy is not customer friendly. Don't deliver broken and or furniture missing parts.

Nick is a wonderful salesman. Several years ago we bought a complete living room set, coffee table and lounge chair. He was very patient with us and answered all of our questions. He went above and beyond because my husband was handicapped and he even wheeled him around the store in a wheelchair provided by the store. Nice touch. I revisited raymour again Wednesday the 22nd and purchased a new entertainment center. Nick once again helped me out and took care of everything for me. I appreciate the 0 percent interest. That really helps. I have been a customer of Raymour for over 30 years. David Tweed was my go to guy until he passed away. He was another great employee. I will always purchase my furniture at Raymour because they stand by their products. Keep Nick he is great for the store.

Adam was the best salesman I’ve ever had at a furniture place or probably anywhere else

The sales person, Don was great. He introduced himself and directed us to the correct section but then left us to browse. He was available to answer our questions but didn't pressure us. His information was helpful in narrowing down our choice.
The show room was clean, bright and easy to navigate. The staff were friendly and helpful.
