Product and service is excellent. Am unable to give it 5***** because of pricing experience. Website displayed price in Euros €350.88 (£329stg) but unfortunately, this is misleading as the vendor only accepts sterling, so final price €396.96 - paid with credit card.

Living in The Highlands of Scotland, folk are used to companies based in England not delivering goods to them.

Strange how a company from Northern Ireland, a region that suffers the same discrimination, and it is open discrimination, can speedily deliver to people living in what “others” classify as remote parts of Scotland?

Companies should take note, it is possible to deliver goods to Parts of Scotland and Northern Ireland and still make a profit!

My experience using Ray Grahams has been all positive, I wanted a certain Makita cutter blade and fitting kit for my garden strimmer and they via the website listed all the items.
I placed the order at the weekend and the order was dispatched on the Monday from Ireland and delivered within the allocated time to me later that week.
