After some 5 years the Sony battery in my RX10 still holds a charge for several months. The Ravpower equivalent ones I bought later go flat in a couple of weeks.

Very poor quality battery with an extremely short lifespan. Customer service was unhelpful and refused to take responsibility for the defective product. I won’t be purchasing or using any products from this manufacturer again.

Good variety of products that I have been using every day for the past 8-10 years.
Time to upgrade and resupply with a few more items to add to my 'off-grid arsenal'.

Good pictures showed a compact charger with a lot of capacity. It looks rugged which is a necessity. I’m looking forward to taking it on a long bicycle ride.

Horrible Product and DANGEROUS!!! The product I bought almost burned down the whole house, and they have poor customer service, saying you had it for over 18 months, so they don't take responsibility. The device started burning and would have exploded if I hadn't caught the smell in time. If you don't want your house to burn down and deal with bad customer service that does anything possible to not take responsibility and communicating with their customers, then I would go with any other competitor with a safer, better experience, and less expensive option. I have images (unable to upload here), happy to share for those who are considering. It was quite a scary and horrible experience.

I bought a 100W 30000mah Alfox power bank, but my macbook air doesn't recognize it. Also, I can't even charge the power bank itself, I left it plugged in for hours and it always stays at the same charge level. I've tried insistently to contact ravpower to get a refund and return the power bank, but they're completely ignoring me and they don't even answer my emails. Avoid them.

I have the RP PB0054 power bank, when I charged it I found it did not hold the charge. This item was unused and still in the original packaging. Customer service refused to replace the item. My research shows this is not an isolated problem yet they will not deal with the issue. Avoid this company !!

Your product is truly excellent, but it is not very popular in Vietnam. I learned about it through a friend’s recommendation, and the rest is history. I believe Ravpower is the most reliable brand when it comes to batteries and chargers for iPhones and laptops.

The Battery Device Chargers last seemingly forever and have carried my devices through a few storm related power outages. The desktop plug-in chargers are as quick as any I’ve used and are virtually indestructible. Great company offering quality products.

Have purchased several previous RAVPower products and they continue to serve me well… decided to share my positive experience with others as a Christmas gift. To have one charging product that can support laptop, phone, head phones and watch at one time is amazing! And it’s well designed, works on a desk and is irreplaceable when on travel.
