You won’t regret it!

Very happy with the product
Very happy with the product. Upon ordering through the website, I was provided a tracking number. Nothing happened for over a week, then I got a message that Australia Post had received details of the order. The next day it was delivered to Darwin, which is pretty unusual. I was on the verge of complaining how long it was taking to fulfil the order but ultimately was pretty satisfied with the speed of the delivery to the NT. Would suggest more accuracy in delivery information to the customer would be good.

It took over a week before my package…
It took over a week before my package was even sent. And after 2 emails to customer service I only received a reply when sending a message through Facebook instead. I understand some products are sent from overseas, but when that's the case an email to say "we don't have this in stock and it will be sent from overseas so there will be a small delay" would have been helpful.
Communication could be something you work on. Other then that, the quality and product itself is great. No issues there.

We generally reply to all emails within 24 hours. If you do not get a reply first make sure our emails are not being spammed. Worst case just hit us up on facebook. Either way we reply to the vast majority of emails within 24 hours. You can also call us which i believe you did. If you like the product, shipping time and the exchange service we provided not to mention the time we spent with you on the phone then perhaps three stars is a little harsh ...
