The trouble with you’re dealing with these organisations, companies that operate within civil service needs you are likely to meet psychopaths. This organisation is psychopathic, they are in no hurry to do repairs. The organisation has no empathy.
The most incompetent company and workmen I have ever had to deal with. DO NOT GO NEAR THEM. Rude on the phone, rude face to face. Made 4 call outs for one repair. Their engineer has broken parts whilst attempting to repair, they have ordered incorrect parts resulting in constant rescheduling, all their fault, all on the bill. I would never use this company again. Unprofessional cowboys.

Seems they're landlord mr fix it as chea.as they can and very presumptuous to blame tenant for repair. Like saying goes £££ talks fools walk.. botched jobs no signing of job done/satisfactory form. One so called electrcian missed his vocation shudda been Used Car Salesman cos he thinks he got gift of gab

A great experience with RMS. Engineers that truly care and a second to none service. We even got a text message and an Uber style tracking map showing the engineer on route to our home. They followed up after the job completed to ensure everything was done as expected and I would have no qualms in recommending RMS!
