The Falcon cooker we purchased from them is absolutely stunning. The best looking range cooker we have ever seen! Works beautifully, easy to clean, well thought out design in every aspect. We paid a bit more for the Falcon, because it’s not a flimsy oven where the heat dials temperatures rub off after a few cleans (don’t know why oven designers don’t remedy this problem?). The dials are superior on the Falcon and enhance its stunning appearance. The top heavy duty metal sections for each gas ring are separate, they slot into each other like a jigsaw puzzle making it easier to clean, especially if you need to give just one a good wash.
The glass on the front of the electric oven is also designed well, you can see your cakes rising quite clearly!
We had to wait for about 5 weeks for the oven to be made in the colour we wanted, but well worth the wait. We have now had it a month and I can truly say that it’s the best oven I’ve ever seen and used in my life (I’m 60). I cook everything from scratch every day and bake, so I know a good oven when I see one! Lol!
Would not part with this oven. Made in England too. Highly recommend.

The ordering process was fine but the follow up delivery questions seemed a bit over the top. It was clearly explained that if we were not around to accept delivery then there would be a re delivery charge. Yet at the last minute you changed our delivery day which was inconvenient. Seems we can’t mess up the delivery but you are free to do what you like. Not a balanced approach and has put me off using you again in favour of easier suppliers.

A lovely company to deal with, providing a very personalised service. Unfortunately, as product comes directly from the manufacturer, delivery to my kitchen which is upstairs was not possible, so neither was removal of my old range. Fitting is also not available but this company is working hard to persuade manufacturers and delivery company to start offering this service. I would highly recommend this company who have in depth knowledge of their products and are so helpful.

I love my order, when accepted by Range Cookers I’ve been informed & kept track about delivery. I always had the option to contact for further details if needed. Today I received my order at perfect timing, I received a call from courier letting me know they were on the way, will arrive in 30 minutes. I had prepared space as much as possible. I requested delivery through back doors, they accepted & did a fabulous job within few minutes.
