I had a very positive experience at Randox Health. Aleksandra was extremely friendly, professional and helpful throughout my appointment. She explained everything clearly, made me feel comfortable, and was very attentive to my questions.

The whole process was smooth and well organised, and I really appreciated the excellent customer service. Thank you, Aleksandra, for making the experience so pleasant. I would definitely recommend Randox Health to others.

Still waiting on home test results , it’s been over 8 weeks now.
Randox customer services will not answer any follow ups. Wanting a refund of the £208 paid.
I cannot recommend their home services and would advise not to use the home service.
Their in clinic service however is very good

A very pleasant experience! I was assigned Farzana and she was excellent and professional! She managed to find a vein immediately which eased my nerves as I’m not the greatest with needles!

I would definitely use again.

AVOID SCAM COMPANY.
Booked online test and told sample insufficient (it wasn't). Then unable to book an in clinic appointment despite numerous calls (more than once holding as "number one" in the queue for 25 mins and then cut off. No reply to emails. All over 2 weeks.
No way to book or get a refund. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

Made an appointment with this company. The night before had an email informing me that the appointment had been cancelled due to not having a phlebotomist to take bloods. Another date was offered but unfortunately was not convenient for me. Having already paid for my appointment I asked for a refund. I am still waiting for a refund and further emails have not been answered. I am totally disgusted with the service and would not recommend them at all

Sophie in Broughton was great. She was friendly, reassuring and detailed with her explanations. Appointment room was spotless and comfortable.

Booked PSA blood test at Preston clinic. Arrived few minutes early and was met by Naz, who did the blood test. She was absolutely excellent, explaining everything clearly and putting me at ease. No pain or discomfort at all. Only took a few minutes and received results a few days later; all clear. Would use Randox again and happy to recommend service.

I had Michelle W today and she was so friendly and kind. I have blood tests very often and have quite difficult veins but she got it first try and it was the least painful blood test I have ever had. I hardly even felt the needle go in at all. Overall great experience x

Ordered male hormone test order #173393 end of June sent back July 1. Got app just got pending until the 15th,emailed got a reply 7 days later and then was escalated and offered new test or clinic appointment.Replied to send new test no reply since,by the way I did everything right said in test they claimed not enough sample.Im based in ireland there email and live chat are outsourced and totally incompetent.None of there customer support numbers work I wish I just went to GP.Dont use this company for blood work ,this is the first time I've ever complained about a company online they are that bad.

Edited to say please be aware that the reply from Randox lead to no resolution. They merely came back saying their decision not to issue a full refund still stands! So take note of the review if you are thinking of booking!
Absolutely appalling service. Literally one star is too much! Based on my experience...I would say do NOT book ANY bundle with this company if you are seeking any specfic test / tests. I booked the Digestive health 7 biomarker bundle having already had tests for h pylori, and Anti Tissue Transglutaminase separately shortly before, on the basis that it was still reasonable value to get gastrin and pepsinogen 1 & 2 together. In the end after two weeks and many emails later chasing my results they say 'Unfortunately due to an unexpected stock shortage, testing was not able to be completed on your sample. As advised on our website, from time to time the test menu for our packages may change.As a resolution, we will be providing a partial refund to the value of £79.20 due to the missing Pepsinogen and Gastrin results. This should be with you soon, however please allow up to 14 days for these funds to be received into your account.' So unless you are prepared to gamble at missing out on 3 of the biomarkers that they list (in my case the only ones actually wanted!!!) and pay a non agreed amount for the ones they give, which you may not even want or need as is often the case with bundles then look elsewhere. There are other suppliers like onedaytests.com that i have used many times previously that are more reliable (in my experience).

Attended for blood tests/BP etc. Naz ran to time, was friendly and explained what I needed to know, put me at ease and did a great job getting my blood!

For someone with non-epileptic seizures and years of terrible experiences with healthcare, Randox Canary Wharf will continue to be the only place I ever go for blood tests. Thank you to the amazing Ashas today that has made it so smooth and quick (possibly a new record😁) as well she's been wonderfully friendly.♥️

Visited the Meadowhall clinic yesterday for a PSA test. I was slightly nervous due to not knowing what to expect.
Carla put my mind at ease the instant she greeted me. Very welcoming and totally professional.
Very impressed.

I had an appointment with Gerilda Dana at Wimbledon Village this week. She was amazing she explained everything very clearly and answered all my questions. The whole procedure ran so smoothly.
