I found the staff very helpful and accommodating throughout the process

Had to help arrange the vendor purchasing set-up, and make sure RAL delivered the hire boards to the correct location. Otherwise, no problems.

I needed a backdrop for a really high profile event...with two working days' notice. Not only could RAL Display deliver the goods - they were great at explaining the product, the process for getting things confirmed and making sure that it was perfect. I was delighted with the final product but even more delighted to experience such perfect service.

RAL are a rarity these days - a company who offer great service, good products, fast, effective turnaround and competitive prices altogether. Usually you chose 3 out of those 4 and hope for the best.

Katie bends over backwards to help, and is a joy to deal with. We had a very tight deadline to meet, and Katie and her team slotted us in and not only met our deadline but also provided a first class service every step of the way.

Delivery was on time and the packing was good. The display boards were robust and easy to assemble and to store when not in use. The 30 day inspection time was a bonus as it gave our Village Hall Committee time to get together and evaluate the product's suitability before paying. The email contact with the company was with a 'real' person (rather than an electronic 'automaton' )who was most personable and helpful when we decided to order extra items.Many thanks.
