Hard to make a withdrawal is like its locked down
Deposits were easy — but getting my money out has been impossible. Support was unhelpful, and the excuses were weak. I can’t recommend this service.
Traders should avoid opening a trading account with this company. They don't want to take responsibility for their failure; instead, they blame the bank.

Website not secure and they'll process withdrawals without due diligence, sending money to accounts from which it did not originate.
Please be warned and stay clear!
I have just been done out of GBP 1050!!
RaiseFx have replied to my earlier review even lying blatantly that they had processed withdrawals to my account!
They processed 3 withdrawals to some strange crypto accounts.
My initial deposit had been by Visa Card not from a crypto wallet!! This is facilitating money laundering!

KYC process not very good
I feel that their KYC process is not very friendly user- i struggled to get the barcode app for phone working and the image capture for the passport would NOT accept the image no matter what i did - after trying for a doven times, i gave up and requested my deposit back. To be fair they did ask me to try and complete KYC again but to no avail. If they allowed documents that i have on my PC to be uploaded, i dont think i would have ahd an issue, but to try and capture an image on my pc & my phone just did not work. Too blury, too far, corners not all in the image, unrecognisable-try again.... The deposit repaid back to me was great and done very quickly when i made the final decision to withdraw fom this platform Yasser was good to sort this for me. Now i look for another platform where the KYC is not so complicated and working properly.

Warning to other traders: based on my personal experience, I strongly believe people should stay away from this broker.
I was contacted through Telegram by a person calling himself “Noah, who promoted an automated trading bot and claimed it would generate consistent profits. After depositing money and connecting to the bot, the account started placing many automated trades that quickly drained the balance.
Since the lotsize was way to high.
When I tried to withdraw my remaining funds, the process became extremely difficult and no successful withdrawal was completed. In my opinion, this setup appears designed to make people deposit money while making it very hard or impossible to get it back.
In less then 30 minutes my funds where gone.
Please be very careful and do research before trusting anyone promoting trading bots through Telegram.
All they want is you to deposit money and lose.
