A bit slow with delivery notification but that was down to the courier. The bag arrived and I am delighted with it. It has everything I want design wise.

Superb product slow response
The product is superb. The time from the order to the shipping confirmation took several business days, which, in my opinion, is too long. Received over a half a dozen promotional emails before the actual shipping confirmation. It is unlikely a customer will order more if the initial order doesn't ship out promptly. Would focus more effort on fast delivery instead of advertising flood.
