Intermittend fault with pump/motor

Have 4 Radiwarm radiators. After 6 years one of our large radiators stopped working, or did so intermittently. Radiwarm were very helpful in trying to determine the cause. It was suggested the pump/motor had an intermittent fault so sometimes it would work and other times not. Not ideal in January when temps are almost at freezing outside. Decided to order another at a cost of £462. To their credit, it was delivered the following day. We thought it would be a case of unhook the old one and put the new one on the same brackets. Alas, not so. The new radiator which is exactly the same size, style in every way as the old one, has different fittings so brackets on the wall have to be taken off and new holes drilled to accommodate the new fittings. Why?
Why is it not possible to leave things as they are? If it ain't broke, why try to fix it...?! I cannot be the only one whose radiator stopped working and they ordered another. DIY not my strong point so costing another £120 to fix it to the wall. Frustrating... Good British made products but expected my radiator to last beyond 6 years. Disappointing.

Very happy customer

Amazing service. Having ordered 2 radiators several years ago for elderly parents, who were extremely happy the house was warm, how they worked and looked.

One recently stop working. Within a day the company have arranged to come out, collect, repair and return the radiator at no cost.

Radiwarm exceeded my expectations

I typically do not leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my positive experience with Radiwarm.

My Dad recently purchased 3 Radiwarm radiators: 400x1400, 600x800 and a 600x1200..
and had them installed by the company's own installation person. Not only did the installation occur quickly, but it was also completed in a clean and tidy manner by a courteous gentleman named Paul..

The performance of the radiators has far surpassed our expectations. The heat output is remarkable, and unlike standard electric heaters, the warmth produced by the Radiwarm radiators is equivalent to that of central heating radiators. Furthermore, the controller was remarkably simple to program, adding further convenience to the overall experience.

I am incredibly impressed with the quality and performance of Radiwarm radiators. They have truly made my Dad's home feel warm and cosy. Thank you, Radiwarm, for providing such a reliable and effective heating solution.

Heater randomly stops working.

We've had our heaters around 7 years. We have 3 downstairs attached to one controller. The 600 x 1200 heater in the kitchen keeps cutting out. It can work as soon as the cold weather comes and will come on every day for weeks then all of a sudden refuse to come on again. This has happened on and off for around 4 years. We have used the controller to reset this heater but today it just won't restart. Hubby is thinking of forgetting the WiFi and putting a plug on this one heater so we can switch it on and off manually. Just wondering if it will work better - advice appreciated. All other heaters work fine on WiFi as do the 4 upstairs which are attached to a different controller.

A truly fantastic product

A truly fantastic product!

I recently converted my garage and decided to go with a pipeless radiator instead of extending my current central heating system.

I’ve not been disappointed by my decision!

It took me 20 minutes to install and within 30 minutes I could feel the heat bellowing from it.

A really simple and fantastic idea. I would consider putting it in any property I have from now on.

Perfect for my conservatory

I recently purchased a radiator for my conservatory to keep it warm in the winter. My experience was friendly, knowledgeable people who know their product. Delivery was within 1 week by their own driver, who was also a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend them (and have done already), great product, great heat. Thanks RadiWarm team :)

Really poor service from Radiwarm part…

Really poor service from Radiwarm part of Heat Electric Ltd AVOID products. We ordered an expensive electric style radiator from this company which cost >£550 to find that just 6 yrs later it stopped working which is poor considering the price. We were of course not expecting a refund as time has passed so we asked for spare parts to see if we could mend it ourselves and were told they don't keep spares. We asked if we paid to send it back to them and paid for a repair would they accommodate, no joy. We then asked for a small discount as a last resort if we purchased a replacement as a gesture of good will considering the price... fat chance of that. Once they've got your money they literally don't care. We kept getting a lady called GALE, who is clearly in the wrong job, terribly unhelpful and unfortunately you can't get past her on the phone! Please use another company as once you get a problem their customer service is TERRIBLE.

Radiwarm comment below that I bought this from a third party this is not correct - check out their website footer they are the same company as Easyeheat Ltd who I made the complaint about originally. Same company. Same sales team.

I am sorry the service you have received is not in line with your expectation. You bought your product from a third party and whilst your contract was with them, we are always pleased to help directly if the product is within the warranty period and very often beyond.

Our product development is very extensive and our radiator products have moved on hugely in six years, so I am sorry to say we simply can't support models of this age.

We will not comment on our individual staff members other than to say we are very proud of them and the work we all do together.
