I am absolutely thrilled with the customer service provided by Radioddity, and specifically by Echo.
After an accidental mistake on my part with a firmware update that messed up the screen partitions of my GD-88, I contacted support and explained exactly what happened. Instead of leaving me with a bricked device, the support team was incredibly understanding, honest, and professional.
They quickly processed a brand-new replacement unit for me without even requiring me to ship the old one back, saving me time and shipping hassle. This is hands-down the best customer support experience I have ever had with a radio manufacturer. They truly value their customers and build real trust. Highly recommended!

Every time I've ordered from Radioddity, I've gotten great equipment, great service and no issues. I had to contact customer service once (in order to figure out how to actually get a deal that was offered added to my order). Hazel, the CSR contacted me back with a link that had my complete order, with discounts on it, almost immediately. Great service!

All I have to do is write customer service and someone is there with timely, accurate directions on how to fix the issue within hours. I had one item hit by lightning and their customer service tried so hard, when I replaced, I bought another RADDY product. Very happy

Had a strange behavior with POC radio ( SIM was not connecting to network), support ( very quick response) solved in no time ( had to use sim tray 2 instead of 1).

I had an issue with programming a new radio I bought from the company. I submitted a question, and received an answer. The answer allowed me to solve the issue. The staff followed up to make sure that all was well.

Had an issue with my cart getting stuck. Sent a quick email and had a reply with the issue resolved in just a couple of hours. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Radioddity has always been great and I look forward to purchasing more from them!
