After a very fast partly shipment, the other half of the ordered products were not delivered, because a Yamaha OEM part was not ready for shipment.
I cant reach out to anybody - only answers from a stupid chatbot.
I had to cancel the rest due to not getting in contact to RadicalRacing staff.

I didnt have any trouble the Order came very quick and everything was just Like described

I've ordered from them several times; see the title for my experience. Otherwise, there's nothing to complain about.
Last order placed on Thursday evening, goods arrived on Saturday (Germany).
The range of available spare parts is very large and also includes special, manufacturer-specific parts/small parts. Selection is easy thanks to the exploded view diagrams.
Returns are also handled quickly and smoothly.

Eveything went well except one part that was claimed to be in stock but then took 3 weeks to arrive. Then dont tell me its in stock wtf. I also hate that you need to pay shipping for Returns and having no amount after wich shipping would be free also sucks.

I ordered 2 parts. One was ok. It fitted well to the description in the rr-shop.
The other part was fool. It is unusable without another part that is not mentioned in the shop. I will have to throw it away without having used it.

Bought myself a ktm duke rear indicator. Next day I get an email that the order has been shipped completely and should arrive soon even though in the package tracker shows that it hasn't even been procesed in the parcel center.Tried to contact the customer support, but I have yet to receive a reply after even a day.

All perfect. One item came damaged and they sent me a replacement after few days.

overall Chinese crap. On the website you choose your motorcycle and then look for "dedicated" parts for it, but in fact you still get universal parts that do not fit every motorcycle. I had a similar experience. I ordered "dedicated" door handles for my beta rr 125 motorcycle. lc 2022. as it turned out after delivery, these are not door handles that fit my beta rr 125 lc model as was assured. the sensors do not fit the cables in my motorcycle, and they do not fit the stock clutch cable. there was a lot of carving involved in assembling the door handles. I am disappointed with this product, not worth the price, I feel cheated.

It was a good experience I've ordered twice from here first time was great no problems. Second time, not so good, first of all the items weren't correct. It did say it was going to fit on their website, anyways I returned them when I got them and long story short they didn't give the right amount back, they took 60 euros from me. Because of a coupon. But the the coupon was still valid on the items that I kept and I contacted customer service about this and they just argued with me and well, they did not get me my real full refund.
