The chess set is fantastic. It looks great and beautiful colors. The pieces are fragile I found this out the hard way. The company shipped the pieces in a very sturdy packaging. I was negligent and dropped a couple of pieces. The customer service worked with me and was able to send me replacement pieces very quickly.
I was so pleased with the chess pieces and their customer service I also bought their checkers pieces.
I would gladly buy from them again. Both the chess and checkers sets are made from a high quality marble. They would make a great gift for anyone.

I order an urn from Amazon and it was broken when I opened the box. I called the company directly as they inserted there card with the product. I sent them photos of the broken urn and they sent me a new one right away. I did not have to wait long and it arrived in perfect condition and I am so happy with it !

I purchased a set of chess pieces and they are beautiful. They fit perfectly on my 25" chess board. Their customer service is top notch. I had a mishap and broke one of my knights. I emailed them and got a response that evening. Evelyn went above and beyond and got me my replacement piece. I will definitely be a customer for life.

The set was gorgeous when it came, and my son actually gasped in awe when he got it as a gift. He was tremoundously disappointed when he dropped one of the pieces and it broke. However, here's where the excellent customer service comes in - we were able to order a replacement piece, which is just as lovely as the original was. And it came quickly with check-ins from the Radicaln team along the way. So I would recommend the wonderful chess set, the company and their fabulous customer service - 5 star review all the way around!

When I ordered a marble salt cell, Radicaln had the forethought to warn that they were fragile pieces being shipped and thus vulnerable to damage. And sure enough, my order was one of those unfortunate victims. However, upon notification, Radical customer service immediately offered replacement or monetary discount with the requested replacement arriving promptly. So I now have a beautiful piece from their collection as well an altogether 1st rate experience for which Radical has my respect and appreciation and total confidence in all future purchases.

Aloha, we just received a small mortar and pestle from you, in green marble. It is a dead match for a cylindrical container my wife brought back from Greece decades ago. We will use it to grind up thyroxin tablets to put on food for our 8-year-old. six-pound rescue dog, and will likely find many additional uses. And yes, it was incredibly carefully packaged.
