Sophie and Josh created the most magical, wholesome and restorative retreat in Costa Rica. Their energy from the outset was just amazing and they managed to make a whole group of strangers feel so welcome and comfortable together at home in a little jungle paradise. The morning and evening flows were perfect, matching the energy of the group. The location of the villa was beyond epic and walking distance to the most beautiful beach. The extra buzz from surfing gave the group another level of happiness and just general contentment. We were fuelled by delicious, nourishing local food and also enjoyed the favourite local coffee spots. All in all, an incredible week, all down to the magic of Sophie & Josh.

Sophie and Josh have really created something magical with Radiant Waves. Everyday you could really feel how much love they put into this trip. The villa they chose was BEAUTIFUL and it was the perfect social vibe as a solo traveler. I always felt safe and comfortable and excited for every day. Would 10000000% book again!

I had an incredible time at the Radiant Waves retreat! It was my first time doing one, and it was the perfect mix of relaxation, socialization and activities. I felt welcome immediately and loved how flexible the itinerary was - you could choose to participate (or not) in whatever you liked. Plus the villa was incredible, I’m still dreaming of it. Would definitely recommend / do again myself!

Just spent a week with Josh and Sophie and let me tell ya, you won’t find better humans than these two. As an Ironman athlete, fitness junkie, and adventure seeker, I’ve been fortunate to travel the world. My time spent with these two ranks at the very top. Highly recommended.

I had the most incredible experience at Radiant Waves in Cornwall. Sophie and Josh went above and beyond to create such a welcoming, fun atmosphere. Every detail felt so thoughtful. The yoga sessions were inspiring and grounding, and really helped me reconnect with myself while letting my creativity flow.

Between the sea swims, games, massages, and the most delicious food, the whole retreat was an absolute dream. I left feeling restored, energised and uplifted.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Radiant Waves more. It is by far the best yoga retreat I've ever been on.

The best time! I have been to many yoga classes around the world and I can honestly say Sophs are one of the best. She is incredible and her playlists are lovely!

Josh was the cheeky chappy host! Knew all the best local Cornish gems and was an awesome instructor aswell - super welcoming and friendly.

The house was immaculate, really homely and the food was above and beyond my expectations.

From daily yoga, sauna by the sea, paddle, sea swims, coastal hikes, painting, games and movie night it really was the best 4 days! It really was a little slice of heaven!

Sophie and Josh were generous instructors, putting me at ease and guiding me through the moves. I came out feeling relaxed and stretched - thank you!

A perfect setting and a pair of perfect instructors, what a relaxing session that was indeed. Yoga is swiftly becoming a midweek non-negotiable for me after that one. Thank you Josh & Soph!

Where to start, from beginning to end Josh and Sophie made it the most fabulous experience. Josh’s breath work is a relaxing way to start the class which progresses with Sophies’s stretchy flow perfectly. I think park yoga is my new favorite! I love the community they are building and it’s great fun to be a part of it and catch up with friendly faces each week.

It was magical doing yoga under the trees listening to the birds. Sophie and Josh had thought of everything, we even got little wiffs of incense within our meditative practise. The head massage at the end was Devine and I fully recommend to everyone!
