Expensive shipping
Shipping to Europe is absurdly expensive and not reliable. Ordered couple foams, 2 sets of tires for stadium truck (total ~£40) shipping: £30, was supposed to be next day, postponed for whatever reason and on top, I was required to pay additional €28, come on I KNOW customs are not that much.
Yeah, I know its the shipping company, but its was the only choice, so buck stops at Schumacher

first class service, and kindness to a new customer above and beoyond
I had an issue with a AC power lead, I googled the UK distributers for SKYRC chargers and I was pointed in the direction of Schumacher racing-cars.com. I called and spoke to a chap called mark and explained my need for a AC mains lead only, he informed me it can not be ordered separately but then without asking checked his returns/old stock and found one for me, when I asked him about cost involved he only asked me to cover the postage! may only be a little act of financial kindness but restored a huge amount of faith in people for me and made my day. very grateful and will use this company in future for sure.
