I just finished installing a Racechip on a Skoda Octavia RS.
Racechip answered all my questions and were very helpful.
The chip was at my door literally 24hrs after the order and I just finished installing it.

I purchased a RaceChip GTS Black for my 2021 Porsche Macan last summer. After installing it, I literally felt no difference in any of the maps/modes from stock. Called Customer Service to return it and they updated some settings and asked me to try again, this time there was a minor increase in performance so I kept it. Earlier this summer, I got a new Macan and wanted to install the RaceChip but because the engines are different, I needed a settings update. The company literally offers this service on their website, especially when the purchase is under one year. I called them and they told me to send them an e-mail with a fee to make the change. Sent the e-mail and three follow up e-mails, called them again and no one would help get the settings updated. I ended up ordering a similar product from a different company and noticed significant performance improvements from initial installation. I would save your money or find another product, the RaceChip is garbage.

The response below from RaceChip is a false, I sent my original e-mail to them on Aug 10. They replied on Aug 11 and I replied with the information they requested on the same day. I then sent a follow-up on Aug 13th and 15th, with no response.

Just a little update, RaceChip has tried multiple times to get this review removed. Instead of addressing my issue, they've spent all their effort to remove the review...gives you an idea of their customer service principles.

It starts with great customer service, and these people have provided that. My requests and questions have been answered quickly and in great detail. Once I install their RS product in my Jaguar F-Pace, I will follow up with a review.

Brought the XLR5 Great Product, Really improves performance, Slight Issue as I didn't include the Display, But Racechip assisted me after I emailed them,

The little controller adds additional benefits to XLR, including wet mode, anti theft mode which is awesome, as well as valet mode, so please with Racechip

Ordered a RaceChip, easy to install but it made my car go directly into limp mode. I made a report and they tried to fix it with an update, that didn't work. After that first report I made two more reports and every time they came with an update but my car still went into limp mode. The power of the chip gets reduced every time they try to update it, which defeats the purpose of the product. I have tried to make clear that I still don't have a working product but their customer service is completely ignoring my report. Don't buy from them because they sell products that don't work properly and they treat you like you don't matter.

Fitted a Racechip to my BMW 520 mainly for extra torque when towing our caravan and it has made a positive difference.
Once set up properly the towing experience has given me enough to not be changing between 5 & 6 on ecery hill. I've made a little saving in fuel also which is great as I thought the car would use more..
The other difference which I love is the energy behind the engine
It's made a lovely 5 series fun and responsive to drive

I'd leave no stars if I could, absolutely shocking product and customer service. Had the chip for 6 weeks and it stopped working, sent it back to Germany as requested. Heard nothing back from them and they still haven't picked up the chip from the mailing depot which it's been in over 2 weeks.

I payed £600 for a product I cant use and is sitting in a mailing depot thousands of miles from me.

Do not buy this product.

The car feels so strong and good .. I love it . It s like original from fabric.

Paid a specialist £300 to install it, chip was faulty, Racechip won’t refund me. They want me to spend more money problem solving, which clearly I’m not going to do…madness!! Avoid!!

Bought the most expensive chip. Fast shipping but no parcel. I wasnt home ups said but i cant leave my house. but address is campsite and open 24/7. Next day ups: your parcel is in ups shop. Not acceseble for cars or bike. Only by foot in a complete different town. I am recovering from hip surgery and cant walk. Took a taxi and somebody helped me walking. In the shop again no parcel. I will cancel cause ups and racechip.es do not respond. Since a few days did collect my parcel. Racechip still didnt respond to my questions but asking to change my review from .DE to .ES or delete?? REALLY!!! Still like your product. But maybe check your emails. None of them are answered so tell me you answered all my questions. 😊 email send 28 of june to sales@racechip com. Due to unfriendly communication I ve decided to cancel my racechip racechip. I did ask to return your product on your site at 11.00 hrs today. I ve got no good feelings if I need customer service in future if I would kept your product. A shame

this racechip team is extraordinary, I've been using this device for over 2 years, I had an erroneous situation and they were very cooperative and collaborators sent me another product, which made me understand that for them it matters that it works.

This is the second purchase I made from Race Chip. Installing was really easy for this type of car. The plugs are on top of the engine, so no service required. Changes are really great, increased power and torque. The Race Chip App is quite a thrill as it allows you to change the settings within a click away. Great customer care and service, well done. Tbh I'm not sure what the bad reviews are about! Customer service is great, they may not reply straight away but just be patient. overall very good! I had a slight issue which was resolved very quickly. I have a vehicle which is 320hp standard and with the chip fitted it claims up to 370ish.. it's a noticeable difference on acceleration! Plus on a long journey recently of 5 hours I got 39mpg with the chip on setting 7 instead of 33mpg before I fitted chip so hey ho! I'm happy it works. Thanks racechip 😁

I would give less then 1 star if I could.
Custom services is awful, call to ask for support and they say there nothing they can do.
Buy a gts chip and can only use 1 map out of 7. Get told by technical support that 1 map is plenty. Pay for maps I cant use great.
Honestly wouldn't even recommend buying 1.
