Just had a horrible experience!!! waited more than 30 mins to get my order, and gave me 300 jewelers' orb instead of 300 orbs of fusing!!! (yeah, it is partly my fault that I didn't check carefully enough, but I never thought this could happen). I brought the Tabula rasa simple robe, which was paid but they don't have, and they only want to replace it with 9 chaos. the robe is selling for $3.7 CAD on the website which is the value for 60 chaos orbs!!! Then the delivery person just left the group and response nothing back!!! same as their online help support!!! responses nothing!!! this is horrible....
This is the end of the story: I finally got in touch with the seller though PayPal and got an answer from them so I could get what I paid for. They apologized for the mistakes.

No response, and didn't get my order. Have been waiting for a week
Made a big order, then got at Message from gamehelper365 . And i did give him pdf of my paypal as proof for confimation, as he asked me to..
Then after that nothing, no response and no Messages
He could check my pdf i sent him, and if that was not he was looking for he could have asked me! But he did not.
So i refunded.
Update: as i explained and were trying to say, was i do not have a driver license!
Nice to se the customer service in here. A pity i dont get such response in email or the website.

Had to wait a day, to get nothing
I bought Ingame currency for ~17€. Then they told me to wait 5 hours, because they did not have any in stock. After 5 hours they told me I still have to wait longer.
The next day they highered the price to ~25€ and told me they can't give me my money. I have to refund, because the price is higher now and I should understand...
So I had to wait a whole day, and got nothing. Even after they told me I get it later for sure. They even promised me 2.250k....

We are sorry to hear that your account was banned. Albion Online was just released, so they are very strict with currency buy. They does not allow to buy currency from the 3rd Party Site, but they allow to buy on their own site. We usually tell our customers about this when they buy and most of those know this. But the ban rate is not high, we had delivered more than 2000 orders, and so far, we only got about 12 complaints saying their accounts were banned. Some of the customers still go on buying from us even they were banned, because they think it is normal and they would like to take this risk. No one in this world can make sure it is 100% safe to buy Albion Currency on the 3rd party site, so please consider seriously by yourself to decide to buy or not.

Ok just in case that people think this is a scam It's not my thoughts were the exact same but even though It looks sketchy It's not the trades usually take 5-15 minutes depending If a certain Item needs to be stocked up and usually before you purchase contact someone from live chat and tell them the order after they'll tell you how long you'll be waiting for

Beware site is a SCAM!
Asked if there was stock for Secret world Legends before I ordered. Lucy told me there was gold in stock. After I placed my order (5 minutes after being told there was gold in stock) Lucy told me the gold was out of stock. DO NOT buy from this site! Nothing but a SCAM!
