I'm still waiting for the parcel, no contact, it's hard to get any information! there was absolutely no information about the package, in the email or in the Klarna app.!

I ordered a package


I ordered a package, but unfortunately, it was returned due to the wrong size. When it was sent back to me, there was no explanation provided. This lack of communication and clarification from the seller's end was disappointing and frustrating. It would have been helpful to receive some information or guidance on how to proceed next. Overall, the experience left me feeling dissatisfied with the customer service.
