Great product overall for instant hot water, sparkling water and cold filtered water for summer. However there is no way to turn off the cold still water during winters and it’s extremely cold to drink water like this when it’s -be degrees outside. This would be my only issue with this product else all is fantastic.

Used to be a great service - now awful.
10 minutes to get customer service to answer the phone, referred to parts department with direct line. Gave up after 25 minutes waiting for somebody to answer.

Callum & Mathew were brilliant. The tap was installed quickly efficiently and with very little inconvenience. They are a credit to the company.
BTW the tap is also excellent

Marcus the Quooker engineer was efficient, super helpful, polite and tidy. Explained all about how to clean and maintain the tap and when to re book a service. Excellent and will defo use again.

My tap stopped boiling water so Dan came to check it out arrived on time was efficient and quick and fixed it. Great service

poor service, tap broke within 2 years, engineer came out mended it. It was expensive to repair and 6 months broken again. Called Quooker and could not get through to their customers services.

We had our service by a really good guy, just wish I new his name , he did a perfect job, and everything was clean before he left, I would have given him 10 stars if I could

This is the most exemplary service I have ever received. The booking service was easy and reliable. The Quooker engineer Dave Sweeney was polite, professional and extremely helpful. Top marks to Quooker UK. Highly recommend

Great looking tap but poor service - tried contacting quooker three times in two weeks without response and can’t seem to call them as phone lines are closed due to COVID. Trying to sort an issue on our new tap which is currently leaking but not able to get an answer ! Please can someone from quooker let us know an email address that’s monitored and replied to ?

Perfect customer service from Rob our engineer.
I got a couple of calls from Rob this morning letting me know where on the work schedule we were and and eta. He called me again to confirm he was on his way.

Rob arrived on time, he was very friendly (he enquired about our COVID-19 status as we have a sticker in the window as we have vulnerable members of the family. After checking we were ok for his visit we had a quick conversation about he issue and got to work.
He diagnosed the issue quickly and kept me informed of what was required.
He replaced our combo tank, and rechecked all the plumbing and checked everything was as it should be. He walked us through using the tap again and ensured we were happy.

All in all, fantastic service A*

Andy came to fix our Quooker tap this morning - he arrived on time and checked we were happy for him to come in and confirmed that he was feeling well. He then got straight on with the job in hand and has left us with a lovely working Quooker with a new tap and tank. Excellent service.
