Today, after 41 days of follow-ups and requests to resolve the issue with accessing my account, Ms. Marta addressed my request and resolved the problem in less than an hour. So I have mixed feelings. On the one hand, I would like to thank Ms. Marta very much for her quick resolution of the issue; on the other hand, unfortunately, I get the impression that the other consultants handling my request lacked commitment and were merely eager to close the ticket to meet their handled-ticket statistics.
