Avoid at all costs! I made the mistake of responding to their web site to ask a question and have subsequently been inundated with junk mail. This is despite sending four or five emails to various departments requesting, courteously, that they remove my details from their mailing lists. No one there seems to pay the slightest attention, as the junk emails keep coming.
This would be an offence in the UK and EU as would the absence of of an unsubscribe link but not, stupidly, in the US and so Qunomeddling just keeps on, counterintuitively, with its junk mail barrage.
As I say, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

However, the advice, when in a hole, is to stop digging! You write "There was an unsubscription link at the bottom of each email, ... " but this is not so, at least on the most recent email and I doubt it's unique is this aspect.

The link at the bottom leads to a web page asking which form of email would I like and offers "Transactional" or "All". C'mon, Michelle! You know perfectly well that the important one is "None" and to pretend that that absence gives an acceptable choice is just nonsense. Thank you for unsubscribing me anyway. M

Qunomedical was great. I wanted to have dental implants done. The staff at Qunomedical was very helpful, and sent me estimates from dental labs in several different countries that I planned to visit. I decided on an office in Antalya, Turkey. I had my first procedure done, and have to heal for a few months before continuing treatment. Qunomedical has contacted me to see how my experience was, and told me that if I have any issues or problems in the future to call them. I highly recommend going through this company to arrange dental or medical procedures!

I was so pleased i found this company, I was refered to a Dental practice in Turkey and they were there throughout, Unfortunatly for me the Dental practice declined my 6 on 6 implants due to me needing to much sadation for even the smaller works before returning to the UK. I was of course disapointed but in the same token happy the Practice acted in my best interest, Qunomedical followed up and returned my deposit and give me as much information they recieved as sometimes things get a bit lost in transalation , enabling me to return with a clearer idea of how to move forwards. I would recommend you give as much medical information you can proir to booking flights. speak also directly with the clinic , The hotel i stayed in was very clean and completly geared up for customers have dental work as 80% there are having works done.

The first time I came to know about this website, I was pretty skeptical whether I should go or not. But the whole package was very detailed and to the point. Maybe on my part I should have done a bit more but that has nothing to do with them.
I reached Turkey on 12th. There was someone waiting for me and for this whole package this was the case. The hotel was very nice as well.
What I need is that the hospital should be communicating a bit more. They didn't ask me about my opinion before serving me meal with beef. I don't eat beef because of religious reasons, so they didn't ask me at all and served me beef. After the treatment when you're hungry this doesn't feel nice at all. I have been waiting for quite a long time to actually write this review.
Apart from this, everything was fine.
Also, It's been almost 4 months, there has been improvements. I need to wait a bit longer as well.

A problem arose and the team reassured me at once and solved the problem.

I havr just started my journey with Qunomedical so far they have been very thorough and professional;

I chose the Budapest dental practice to have dental implants, my journey started in February when I visited the dental practice I had all my teeth removed and posts fitted, came back to the UK and returned 3 months later for 2 weeks to haven my implants fitted, I can’t stop smiling I’m so pleased with my new teeth, I’ve always been terrified of going to the dentist, but Dr Bodnar Adam szajsebesz who carried out my treatment was absolutely amazing I can’t thank him and his lovely colleagues enough, the whole process from contacting the clinic to the what’s app chats the coordinator the staff at the reception and the accommodation has been all positive 😄

The experience from start to finish was first class, from driver to the clinic everyone so helpful and willing to listen to what you are after, I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to have there teeth done,

Very good experience using Qunomedical to arrange my dental treatment.
My original clinic seemed to have misunderstood my treatment requirements, however Qunomedical managed to quickly reorganize a new clinic to get my treatment done which went amazingly well.
I would recommend this company to anyone in the UK seeking dental treatment in Turkey.

Brilliant from start to finish helping in every way

I was planning a nose surgery and was quite skeptical about third-party agencies or companies. But here we are! From the very first day I registered for the surgery, Yonela arranged everything quickly and efficiently.

I had my surgery at Kardiolitos Clinics in Kaunas, Lithuania, on November 26th. My doctor was Dovydas Gutmanas. From the moment I arrived, everything went smoothly. I was picked up from the airport right on time, the hotel was warm and comfortable, and a taxi was arranged whenever I needed to go to or return from the hospital—including back to the airport.

Before the surgery, I had a final consultation with the doctor. After the surgery, once the cast was removed, I was very satisfied with the result. Now, three months later, I’m still very pleased with how everything turned out.

Why am I writing this in so much detail? Because when I was trying to find the right agency to organize everything, I struggled to find reviews like this. I hope this helps someone else who's in the same position I was!

Elio has been so helpful and has made the whole experience very simple and easy so far. He is so genuine which has been very calming! Flying into a foreign country for surgery is intimidating but I have felt very looked after.

Excellent. Good communication and always keen to be of assistance. The dental clinic they use is Antalya was superb too and the overall price was good. The hotels are well-appointed, comfortable and set up for patients having dental work. Transport was nice and comfortable and the driver was there on time for each appointment and for the airport runs. All-round I could not have been happier with the service provided.
