Im giving this a 4 for the customer service. The device did not work for my husband. But true to the 100% guarantee, i had no trouble getting a full refund. A few emails and it was done. No haggling...no "did you try this?" They just honored my word and their guarantee. So, if you're sitting on the fence, wondering if it will help, go ahead and order it. They really mean what they say. They want it yo make your life better or they will give you your money back.... guaranteed. You have nothing to lose by trying it!

the concept seems good but designed is terrible and it doesn't fit well in my mouth, they should attach their idea to cheap mouth guard like used for sports & then it might work but I will never know because the design is so terrible & cheap

The bite surfaces did not soften up and mold like I expected and was not comfortable in my mouth and as a result I am unable to use the device. Sounded like a good idea but it did not work out for me.

This didn’t help at all. It’s hold your tongue in place well but it pushes your tongue into your throat causing an obstruction. Pure junk.

This is an innovative device. Does a good job of controlling the tongue. I have related issues so still experimenting. I would purchase this device again.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this company and the product. The product didn't work for me, which at first was fine because the company offer after sale help and a refund if you find it doesn't work. But I have contacted them twice (using different methods of contact) asking for help and they have not responded even though it has been nearly three weeks now. So sadly I have to give a bad review, as it seems that I will not be able to get a refund despite their guarantee.

Migt work for some, but didn't help me.

l'm the man who was useing the QuitSnoreing device but i had to go back to my old snore guard becauce it didn't work apparently & it was driving Sue my wife to a sleep deprived state that neither of us could live with .

I was excited to try it. When it came I followed instructions. Problem came that I had lost my right eye tooth. (Had it pulled) So the guard wouldn't stay in place. I worked with it and it kinda worked. I would go to sleep with it in my mouth. But would wake up with it out in the night. My sleep doctor said it was to small. I still use it. But I do find that I remove it during the night. I thought I would return it. But it costs to much to return it from United States. Try it. It might work for you.

Unfortunately this product makes my husband gag when placed in his mouth, otherwise I was very impressed with the quality and the idea behind the product.
