Bought Jeep here... they refused to do service.
I bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee at Quirk at a good price in 2014 and also purchased a lifetime extended warranty. At the time I lived in VT, and later moved to the outer cape. So I did service at different Jeep dealers much closer to where I lived. I called Quirk yesterday to get service work under the warranty I had purchased from them and was told that even though I purchased the car from them and the warranty as well ,they would not service my car as I had not done service with them prior and the vehicle had more than 100,000 miles (the warranty has a 999,000 mile limit and is completely valid). What kind of business does business like this? I would say one I would never trust to purchase from again.
