It works for me
It works for me, you don’t get a lot back but a bit is better than nothing. I try to wait for a larger percentage, especially for more expensive items. A bit of a pain that you have to go via a different site to qualify but it only takes a minute.

I have had so much confusion with Quidco.
I have problems logging in. The site wants me to add an extension to remind me about cash back, which I’m unable to add . When this happens I’m unable to log back in to the main site…. Very frustrating!

Another failed claim.
After months of waiting I've just had yet another perfectly legitimate claim turned down by Quidco. As usual, no reason given, just the retailer apparently didn't want to pay up. Of course I've got nothing from the retailer to say that they didn't pay Quidco! Topcashback is so much quicker and more reliable. I hardly ever use Quidco now and only did on this occasion because they were offering a free £5 for any qualifying transaction on a particular day. I made the purchase correctly and have an invoice to show it. I doubt I'll be using Quidco again. Hopeless!
