I did not feel this was a safe website at all. I did not like the fact that the company wanted to refund my $ owed to me on my Coinbase acct and not my credit card. The representative had me download the app on my phone so he could have access to all of my passwords,messages and pictures. I told him I was not going to ACCEPT the app on my phone and hung up on them..The app clearly states to either accept the above terms as I mentioned or Cancel..Too many scams to believe this is legit and I was paying a Medical bill from Montefiore hospital. When I called Montefiore billing dept the clerk was clueless saying they are IT..

The support was really quick and help me out on all the questions i asked.

Quick to set up and start processing. Relatively smooth process. Would highly recommend. Their support team are very responsive and helpful.

Website is not working, no one is answering the phone. If I owned a website accepting payments, I would want the phone working and website.

Great Payment Service Provider!

I've tested and used a plethora of available alternatives. Danish QuickPay is still at the top of my list. Cheap, stable and customer friendly.

This isn’t even real physical money. It’s credit. A scam is a scam. You want someone to call the police in order to make a quickpay fraud report for a reversal of credit... it’s not even cash. The fraud is the loss of money for no exchange as promised or offered. And of course evidence needs to add up, but quickpay fraud claims should be possible and reversals of payments should be possible, especially for quickpay authorized payments. It just takes more effort to investigate and requires evidence. You can’t just turn a blind eye to fraud and especially credit fraud. Fraud is a whole definition, not just making a transaction. What is the transaction for? You obviously want a reversal because there is a mistake between TWO SIDES of an offer. Who is making the offer and who is receiving the transaction? Basically what’s this authorized through quickpay transaction for... if things add up and there’s something sketchy going on there you go there’s a scam and if things don’t add up and they’re talking nonsense that’s when you say sorry I can’t help you, but scams should be investigated like any other fraud.

Not recommended for recurring payments - the way Quickpay creates recurring profiles is very chaotic

QuickPay's solutions have always been a breeze to set up, especially compared to some of the other PSP's out there (don't go looking for them, just go with QuickPay). Their general set of features and the new API v10 is rock solid and allow you to do almost anything you can imagine. Finally the support is exceptional. I've put some weird requests through the time and they have always come through. 5/5 would recommend 8)

The technical staff have answered my custom implementation questions on their IRC(slack) chat really well: even after the normal working hours. Keep up the good work!

Very easy to work wiht Quickpay. The service is very friendly. I got answers to all of my questions and what is more important I got solutions to all my issues.
