We’d like to clarify the timeline, as accuracy is important. Your order was dispatched within 24 hours of being processed, which was 10 working days ago, and a dispatch confirmation email was sent to you at that time.
The delay has unfortunately occurred with our third-party delivery partner, who is currently experiencing 5–6 working day delays and a back log due to adverse weather conditions. While delivery timelines are outside of our control once an order has left our warehouse, we completely understand how disappointing this is.
We’d also like to reassure you that we have been attentive and responsive throughout, and in all areas within our control — including order processing, dispatch, and customer support — we have acted promptly to assist and provide updates.
We are sorry that this experience has not met expectations.

A business that looks after its customers
I ordered printer cartridges that a week later were still not delivered. It turned out to be a courier issue. Colin from Quickink stepped up and things were sorted quickly. I got a new genuine cartridge set the next day. His quick intervention is very appreciated.

Excellent Fast Service
Quicklink lived up to their 'Title' for me as my order was delivered on the same day that it was placed. If the cartridge turns out to be faulty we will of course replace it or provide an immediate refund. There are certain printers I’m afraid, due to manufacturer updates, which will only accept original consumables.

You purchased end of life products, marked clearly on our website as such, items which HP has decided to no longer produce. We had a very limited number of them left in stock. The last black cartridge in stock unfortunately we found was damaged when it was picked. We immediately emailed you, providing an alternative, with an apology for any inconvenience and refunded you for the item.
While we waited for your reply and instructions more of the remaining colour cartridges were sold, leaving one remaining colour cartridge which we were sending out to you. We emailed you accordingly. You decided to cancel the order in full, so we immediately refunded you in full and emailed you to confirm this was done, again with an apology for any inconvenience.
We might point out that we repeatedly tried calling the number provided on your order but it would not accept calls (??).
We have no control over the supply of HP cartridges and once items are end of life, there is no further suppply available.
It was unfortunate that we could only supply one out of the three cartridges ordered, and that you did not want the standard cartridges as alternatives but we promptly communicated any issues and refunded you in full without delay.
